In this episode we will take a tour, a tour through time, of Bordei Park. Bordei Park is a park in Bucharest, laid out since 1936 on the shore of Lake Floreasca, immediately downstream of the lock connecting Lake Herastrau. It is separated by a road bridge from Herăstrău Park and covers an area of 3.3 hectares.

In 1980, public access to the park was prohibited, being declared a zero degree protection zone, because it was located near Nicolae Ceaușescu's residence.
In September 2003, the park became the property of the businessman Costică Constanda, who obtained the land from Bordei Park in exchange for other lands he had bought from the former owners.
In June 2007, Senator Marius Marinescu submitted to the Permanent Bureau of the Romanian Senate the legislative proposal regarding the declaration of public utility of the land-property Costică Constanda, located in Bucharest, "Parcul Bordei" area. Along with Senator Marius Marinescu, the initiator of the law, as co-initiators, Senators Ion Iliescu, former President of Romania, and Nicolae Văcăroiu, former Prime Minister of Romania, President of the Senate at the time, also signed. A year later, the legislative proposal was also adopted by the Chamber of Deputies, then promulgated by the President of Romania and published in the Official Gazette, becoming Law no. 170/2008 regarding the declaration of public utility of the lands located in Bucharest, "Parcul Bordei" area.
In March 2008, the general councilors of the Capital City Hall approved the draft decision that provides for the transfer of the 2.8-hectare land from the private domain to the public domain and its entry into the management of the Directorate of Lakes, Parks and Recreation. .
