Small World is a fine enough substitute for now until we get Seventh Tachyon. Sure, not as strong or flexible but for consistency sake, it will do enough I would say.

This is nothing like Tear vs Spright. The only similarity is that they're both the strongest decks of their formats. Besides that, Tear is a Gy deck, Maliss, is a banish deck. Speight is a negate board deck, ryzeol is a spam destroy deck. The list goes on
Game 2 maliss put in shifter and inpulse even thou they dont do much against ryzeal. Could of just sided in better cards like ultimate slayer or book of eclipse
@@danstern102 what? I've been playing with and against the deck the past month or so, yes shifter turns off specific extenders in ryzeal but it doesn't completely shut off the decks 1 card combos nor does it make the endboard any weaker.
@@NasNTT they don't play shifter at all in the ocg. It shuts off a good amount of ryzeal plays. They do the exact opposite and side lancea instead. It's not a shifter deck.

I think you're misunderstanding what I said, I never said it was a shifter deck but a deck that is fine playing the card or under it, think spright with shifter but more resilient into it imo.
Both have silver bullets against them. Ryzeal dies to barrier and maliss dies to Lancea with the only real counterplay to both is basically crossout. You can gamma the Lancea but chances are too low to draw and consider it a real out
If u can u make a dogger or u just summon a bunch of monsters and attack with them. But assuming this is side if barrier depending on hand you’ll just pass
