I purchased samsung A14 5G mobile with Airtel lock plan. My mobile is lock and not open while I had already insert my current Airtel prepaid sim card with valid recharge plan of 349 also with 199 but mobile does not open . Mobile seems lock. Airtel store vale bol rahe hai ye lock Hamra nahi hai apne lagake bhul gaye hai.. aur samsung service centre vale bol rahe hai ye lock network provider ne kiya hai hamre se open nahi hoga .. to kya karu bataye please??
