    Just an idea...I've been a NASCAR fan my entire life from the time I was 3 and went to Talladega for the first time. I really think they should consider running brake lights...it might lessen the amount of cars that get piled up like this. I'm sure they were taken away for a reason and I don't know what it is. I know v8 supercars run them, it just seems like it would help more than it might hurt at this point.

      It wouldn't matter running that close. And in this case it wouldn't of mattered at all. There all hoping what happened doesn't.

    • @daxvolfan
      @daxvolfan 5 лет назад +2

      I've heard this mentioned before and the explanation I heard was that drivers would use it to fake out the driver behind them. Basically tapping the brakes to make the drivers behind them they are braking when actually they are not. Made sense when I heard it explained that way.

    • @WilbanksUSMC
      @WilbanksUSMC 5 лет назад

      @@daxvolfan that makes sense, I could see that. I mean, I know there are only 4 turns, so braking isn't something that happens unless they're wrecking. It would be cool so see them try it out though.
