I mean Jinhsi and Changli is the starting point of meta system not Jiyan and Yinlin so them powercreeping other previous dps is normal but for long term? I dont think so because wuthering waves bosses do have a lot of moves and a character being on-field all the time just to get a massive damages is deadly and also you’re wasting your time limit. Inshort off-field character will surpass on-field character interms of many factors such as they can be support, can be main dps and lastly can be sub dps, their versatility is for long term purposes so Changli and Jinhsi being on-field character is easily be abandon like Jiyan in the future updates, yes they’re meta for now but that’s only FOR NOW, Yinlin on the other hand is still viable for electro dps in the future because she is sub dps/support/off-field. We go for versatility in long term especially if you want to s6 and r5 them.
Great gen 2 analysis based on dev history. But I think it's still early to say they didn't learn anything. It may be an overbuff based on the concern of back loaded dam. The next limited and the first dup of a limited element will tell us more on powercreep v. balance. Reminded how after C1 Hu Tao everyone expected a wave of powercreep but that did not really happen until arguably Fontaine, years later.

I can break bosses fast and spam the nuke enhanced skill, plus her gameplay is smooth, was gonna go with Changli but changed my mind, she also requires skills if you want to maximize her dmg.
The biggest Powercreep she has easily got to be her Animations, Her summon animation is the Best in the game (No other summon animation comes close), and her Ultimate/Dragon animations are a cut above the Rest. As soon as I saw her Animations I knew I won my first 50/50 As for Powercreep itself, I thought there'd be some, I'll have to play her (At the same investment to my Jiyan) more to compare her Roughly to my Jiyan, other then recite any CN analysis on her, But I can Imagine she's Crazy against Bosses, while I'd have to Gague how she peforms in a AOE setting vs Jiyan's Grouping. In fact regarding Bosses she Improved my Performance in the Holograms despite her being Level 60 and having her build being work in progress
Dps units will be similar to jinhshi, everything else is a sub dps with some supporting abilities, I think kuro wants dps characters to only do damage "talking about main dps characters, you can use anyone as a dps in this game "
I’d recommend using 1 Spectro dmg 3 cost and 1 atk% 3 cost. Her first passive gives 20% spectro dmg bonus so you can get away with only 1 spectro echo which is a lot easier to get. You could also start seeing diminishing returns if you have too much spectro dmg.
You need to try the intro skill spam rotation. With this rotation need to unlock her very last forte upgrade to add +50% intro skill dmg multiplier which is HUGE compared to other character intro skill dmg, and will be the sub damage skill for the rotation. And obviously we need sanhua to work with this rotation as she has the fastest con regen in the game. Always start with jinhsi (can start with verina initiate skill + bellbourne before jinhsi) and start using the first unison to cast concerto skill to sanhua, and sanhua cast con skill back to verina, and verina just need to heal 1 tick to reapply buffs, back to jinhsi and start buulding con energy to repeat the entire rotation, this is very good team comp for they who has parry skill issue, or when we against boss with less parryable attack, which this team can deplete the white bar so fast than usual any sanhua team comp. And you know... Swap or quick swap team comp is the most fun gameplay in this game xd
Other party members only matter for buffs if you S2 her. She gets full stacks for being off field for 4 or was it 6 seconds. 1st unit worth it to hyper invest. Though would wait for 1.2 drip before doing so, don’t want regrets.
Thanks for explaining all her kit details! Until we have a years worth of character roster - having to build sub-optimal teams will just have to be the accepted standard, just like with any gacha game so it' doesn't bother me that a character's best team is all 5*, or requiring a future character to be even better, especially if there are 4*s that work 1-2 "tiers" below the ideal 5*s - that's a non-issue in a game like this since the 4*s are really good
At this rate every limited character is gen 2. The second character is gen2 lmao. Maybe kuro just likes to make their limited characters stronger than the standard characters.
Imho this review is missing the key downside to this character, which I'd like to call the "Eula effect": most of the damage is done is a single instance. Granted, Jinshi seems to have much better QoL compared to Eula, but the problem remains: if you don't crit, you lose half the damage. Over 2 minutes, you'll do a bunch of rotations, and your damage will vary drastically based on how lucky you get. This might be good for speedrunning, but it is extremely frustrating in normal game. In comparison, a character like Jiyan who hits a bunch of times is much more consistent.
imo, gen increaseing is happened when they have some realy good feat, example in pgr gen 1 is classic press ult DMG goes boom, in gen 2 DMG goes boom but you got "time stop" in that ult animation. CMIIW tho
Should i go for multiple copies or is C0 fine? If i didn’t go for C6 what other constellation number should i aim for? i really don’t want to spend 1000 on my first ever gacha game LOL
I got a 1 cost for her with , Resonance liberation, Resonance Skill, Crit rate, ATK , ATK%, doesn't have crit dmg or energy regen but i think it's still really good for damage no? :> Also I got yinlin for my Calcharo, and everyone is recommending Yinlin for her which is annoying :/
I didn't even care at first if she was going to be strong, I just thought that she was pretty. I got her, saving for Camellya next. I'm weak to white-haired characters.
She is the Wuwa equivalent of an Archon or Pilgrim, she supposed to be cracked. She does have major caveats though. You need to focus otherwise you will miss her nukes leading to a massive loss
Yeah powercreep units are mostly just a button press. Like my Navia doing 250K with no effort by just pressing E. Taqui works pretty well with her to reduce damage taken if you have a hard time dodging and with a bell mix you can kinda ignore damage and just take it while you do a rotation.
@@rsme_fraahwhy would you roll 10 echoes in a row up to level 25 when you couldve just rolled until level 5 to see if you got crit? Massive waste of resources. Echo resources are very hard to come by. Thus bricked acc lmao. Especially rolling junk echoes from 20-25. Terrible decision 💀
TAOQI + VERINA + that character Verina deals spectro damage when off the field and speeds up stacking of jinshi bar, while Taoqi gives Resonance Skill DMG Deepen for 14s. (and damage reduction) Be sure you give Moonlit Clouds to her. You start with Verina, switch to Taoqi and then Yinlin is fully buffed.
Either this is a Ganyu moment, or Kuro just overtune her so much so they don't have to deal with a Zhongli 2.0 situation. I even tried direct contact with the support via mail but they won't even give me a heads up that they saw my ticket and work on it later, hence it looks like this is it for me with this game.
The problem is with something that went wrong with the patch in my pc, so it's not something that will solve itself. After trying the standard restart/reinstall/cleaners the only thing left would be to format my pc... But that's not gonna happen.
If i can not play the game there is little point in me staying subscribed on channels that deal with it, so i'll be leaving your company in a bit.
Again thanks for everything and good luck with your channel.
my team is gonna be jinhsi, verina and taoqi. taoqi will buff her skill and verina aside from fer usual buffs will give more def on taoqi who im running havac on so i can get the bellborn shield without running moonlit clouds, this is important because taoqi's s6 and i play her really well making her the backbone of my account despite having s2 encore and yinlin as a f2p.
But wudnt ur incandescence stacking be really really slow tho?
Dmg per screenshot or showcase yes actually challenge or fights no lmao
I think it ll have a significant effect effect in ToA and hologram too
@@hariharanmanoharan2388 it will but honestly I'm clearing most of tower and holograms with this team and my jinshi is lvl 70 with no skills or echos upgraded because I've just got too good with s6 taoqi who is outperforming my s2 encore team because jinshi is letting me get the extra intro/outro skill for taoqis counter. i dont think this is something people should invest in but I'm just maxxing out the starting weapon that is Taoqueen.
@hariharanmanoharan2388 if you can manage to get really high ER to always have Verinas coordinated atks from her ult going, it could work.
thanks for the overview - her animations are really cool - i think i will wait until the next banner comes out to check what character is more worth it until i pull since until then it will be figured out how good jinhsi is
If you do a story, you have a short trial version of her (once you enter cave area).
Wuthering waves still updating on my phone for 3 HOURS bro
Get to work and buy a new phone or upgrade your internet , welcome

Baizhi also has coordinated attacks so she works just as well as Verina, but a bit clunkier for rotation.
Jiyan = auto parry
Yinlin = AOE God
Jinhsi = Nuke dragon
Changli = speedy queen
I'd also add grouping to Jiyan
Why are people not talking about how she literally can do quick damage while having 2 time stop at the same time.
For team comp, u can also run Jinhsi Mortefi/Yanwu and Baizhi
Great gen 2 analysis based on dev history. But I think it's still early to say they didn't learn anything. It may be an overbuff based on the concern of back loaded dam. The next limited and the first dup of a limited element will tell us more on powercreep v. balance. Reminded how after C1 Hu Tao everyone expected a wave of powercreep but that did not really happen until arguably Fontaine, years later.
3:49 *_Kuro listens_* (as memey it become, this is surprisingly and horrifyingly true)
they powercrept Ly so fast bcs they listen, no one likes their only one aerial-atk unit, thus they release a more likable ones
Powercreep Lingyang, truly the TenTen killer.
Its funny because i got him today (i got QIQI) and i refuse to even lvl him XD.
Did get jinshi tho and i run her with Furina + Taqui as they dont take to much field time.
she can be played simple, or very, very nuanced, ruclips.net/video/73gLjE7X03g/видео.html this is whats possible if ur heart is willing.
she is our first real dps with out a clear dps window, she can be played with any1 if u r willing to explore this games potential
anyone else swiping their own hair out their face watching Tenten? I dont get it, just move it no?
I can break bosses fast and spam the nuke enhanced skill, plus her gameplay is smooth, was gonna go with Changli but changed my mind, she also requires skills if you want to maximize her dmg.
Dem. People be throwing powercreep bs everywhere already.
She is Main dps, so its not powercreep.
gotta love clickbaity shit.
The biggest Powercreep she has easily got to be her Animations, Her summon animation is the Best in the game (No other summon animation comes close), and her Ultimate/Dragon animations are a cut above the Rest. As soon as I saw her Animations I knew I won my first 50/50
As for Powercreep itself, I thought there'd be some, I'll have to play her (At the same investment to my Jiyan) more to compare her Roughly to my Jiyan, other then recite any CN analysis on her, But I can Imagine she's Crazy against Bosses, while I'd have to Gague how she peforms in a AOE setting vs Jiyan's Grouping. In fact regarding Bosses she Improved my Performance in the Holograms despite her being Level 60 and having her build being work in progress
I have her at lvl 40 ... she deals 25K damage to lvl 80 mobs (my world lvled up today).
You could also start seeing diminishing returns if you have too much spectro dmg.
but why prydwen shows her s0 dps is lower than yinlin?
How is mortefi as a support for her? He does coordinated attacks but the heavy dmg bonus is wasted..
Mortefi only provide coordinated attacks. No unit atm provides skill dmg amp yet
@@minhtinh1211umm.. taoqi?
Bruh I got the exact same substats on the same rocksteady guardian. Subscriber luck is real.
Her dmg is craaazy
lol power creep this early on the game's life
Verina and Jinhsi are both spectral so how can her follow up help build stacks
Other party members only matter for buffs if you S2 her. She gets full stacks for being off field for 4 or was it 6 seconds. 1st unit worth it to hyper invest. Though would wait for 1.2 drip before doing so, don’t want regrets.
what crit rate and dmg should i aim for?
any news about how her sequence 2 works?
My built calcharo pushed back to 2nd maybe 3rd team now. Hoping for changli next
People yapping she'll be powercrept is completely wrong. The way the kit works, she'll be buffed with every new off field attacker
Thanks for explaining all her kit details! Until we have a years worth of character roster - having to build sub-optimal teams will just have to be the accepted standard, just like with any gacha game so it' doesn't bother me that a character's best team is all 5*, or requiring a future character to be even better, especially if there are 4*s that work 1-2 "tiers" below the ideal 5*s - that's a non-issue in a game like this since the 4*s are really good
7:20 unsubscribed, deleted, never watching again.
i think yinlin also is a gen2 character both meta wise and animations VFX her movements are so detailed and luxury that its tricky to parry with her.
Imma be real I think we are really jumping the gun calling anything gen 2 rn
What mean gen2, i don't know
lol, hold your horses, and whatever you are smokin' to get high, throw'em in the trash ROFL
@@cynthiahembree3957Agreed. Cuz who is gen 1 if the starting characters are gen 2?!?!
At this rate every limited character is gen 2. The second character is gen2 lmao. Maybe kuro just likes to make their limited characters stronger than the standard characters.
try using her with Taoqi. the damage buff from taoqi is ludicrous
have you tried the 2 powered up E in 25 second rotation with yuanwu (rejuvenation set) and verina (moonlit cloud set)?
My guy really proud with tht 3 cost 😂
Imho this review is missing the key downside to this character, which I'd like to call the "Eula effect": most of the damage is done is a single instance. Granted, Jinshi seems to have much better QoL compared to Eula, but the problem remains: if you don't crit, you lose half the damage. Over 2 minutes, you'll do a bunch of rotations, and your damage will vary drastically based on how lucky you get. This might be good for speedrunning, but it is extremely frustrating in normal game. In comparison, a character like Jiyan who hits a bunch of times is much more consistent.
I was thinking of doing Jinhsi + Changli. But, Jinhsi really needs coordinated attacks to build her stacks fast. It feels so slow otherwise.
I'll stick with Jinhsi, Jianxi, and Verina... Verina for buffs, Jianxi for crowd control, and Jinhsi for RANDOM BULLSHIT GO!!
I blew my bank for Jinhsi
Let's all pray together that the 1.1 Astrites will be enough for Changli
Aint gen 2 the 2.0 units that provides new tech/nuclear dmg? You could say shes the herrscher/archon/Aeon of 1.0
How about her resonance chain? Or eideleons
if i miss jinhsi in a 50/50 should i continue roll for her or should i wait for changli, pls help me!
Just saw "powercreep" for a new character and thought "yeah, this is a Kuro Games game, alright"
1.1 is also a massive step up, story wise
imo, gen increaseing is happened when they have some realy good feat, example in pgr gen 1 is classic press ult DMG goes boom, in gen 2 DMG goes boom but you got "time stop" in that ult animation. CMIIW tho
Can you make an analysis of all her Eidolons and weigh how much they worth it?
jinhsi + yuanwu is cracked fr
I’d say this is gen 1 still since the game is still new, last I checked gen 2 didn’t come till like a year or 2 into the game
Waiting for more characters like Encore.
I respect the scene hair 👍
Should i go for multiple copies or is C0 fine? If i didn’t go for C6 what other constellation number should i aim for? i really don’t want to spend 1000 on my first ever gacha game LOL
What u think of taoqi???
I want that character so bad
Why do you have so much of those Broadblade materials?
what about jinhsi mortefy jiyan? No healer but a lot of dmg output for sure
Why Havoc Rover 70 still do more damage of 120k 😭
Watch the dodge counter, it has aoe grouping, this is underrated, you should mention this
I got her in 30 pulls then straight after i got her weapon in 1 pull i checked the summon history and it was my first pull on the banner 💀
I got a 1 cost for her with , Resonance liberation, Resonance Skill, Crit rate, ATK , ATK%, doesn't have crit dmg or energy regen but i think it's still really good for damage no? :>
Also I got yinlin for my Calcharo, and everyone is recommending Yinlin for her which is annoying :/
I didn't even care at first if she was going to be strong, I just thought that she was pretty. I got her, saving for Camellya next. I'm weak to white-haired characters.
yeah not going to like her animation are sooo much flashy er then any other character but ngl the next one has 2 BIG reason to pull for
Yuanwu + originite + rejuvenating glow then verina can hold the moonlit since she can outro really fast
what is originite?
@@akinime1031 the 3s weapon that heals the character a small amount of hp. it is good to trigger the echo set
Taqui works pretty well with her to reduce damage taken if you have a hard time dodging and with a bell mix you can kinda ignore damage and just take it while you do a rotation.
theres no such a thing as archon here, theres 4 sentinels in huanglong only and theres 4 other nations. so by your logic there should be a 15 archons?
Lingyang wish he can fight like Jinhsi, attacks mid air outside of liberation and got better attack range
Should i pull for resonance or weapon
Weapon, I got her s1 and it isnt that worth it
bruh after the patch I rolled 10 echoes to 25 non of them had crit 💀
my luck went into pulls instead
Worst decision you’ve ever made

Bro bricked his account LOL
feels like the beta characters were gen1
what if you don’t have yinlin what can be a good team
TAOQI + VERINA + that character
Verina deals spectro damage when off the field and speeds up stacking of jinshi bar, while Taoqi gives Resonance Skill DMG Deepen for 14s. (and damage reduction)
Be sure you give Moonlit Clouds to her.
You start with Verina, switch to Taoqi and then Yinlin is fully buffed.
@@Bullminator I have c5 yuanwu heard that he is also a good comp for her
Dude plzzzzzzzz
Do one of Changli(pls i dont know her name properly)
Why are peoppe forgetting to put taoqi in the rotation? She has an outro skill that boosts your skill right?
you need an off field dps for her to stack her forte quickly. taoqi doesn't have that. even mortefi is a better team mate for her.
So i dont have yin lin so is yuanwu, taoqi sounds good? 😭 verina is with jiyan
Either this is a Ganyu moment, or Kuro just overtune her so much so they don't have to deal with a Zhongli 2.0 situation.
Honestly, I think if they powercreep the game this fast, it'll just drive most people away, either from fear that their pull will be out of meta next patch, or people just refusing to support such practices in the first place.
Nope its just zhongli situation.
The girl has two ults 😂
Is she strong even if 0r?
her BA feels kinda clunky tbh
What about mortefi
Tenten her weopon works best with cacharo or jyan ?????
no one of the 2
should i use mortefi or taoqi with her?
Tapgi of course
@@abcdoooabcd wrong. you need off field damage for her to stack her forte. If you don't have yinlin, it's either yanwu or mortefi along with verina.
