It's actually not a rip-off since it's all animals in Pupstruction and the pups actually manually use tools whereas Rubble & Crew has both humans and animals in the series and the pups have pup packs with their own tool set in which it's mostly activated via barking command. As for how they are used, it's not always manual like in Pupstruction.
