Hi mam...chutney ke liye urad dal dal Sakte hai..beech me crunchy feel aata hai..and chutney ko boil nahi Karna chahiye..just seaoning ko chutney ke upar dalna chahiye...ek bar try karke dekhiye..Shobha, Bangalore, Karnataka
