  • When it comes to dual-use technology, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, the US is concerned about how it could be used to impede free speech or prevent like-minded nations from building partnerships. Such technology provides both a great opportunity and challenge, General Paul Nakasone, commander of the US Cyber Command and director of the National Security Agency, tells CNA's Steve Lai.     Would that be considered as Discrimination and Racist example purely hypothetical threats and lack basis of substantiation examples how could storing personal data in a Chinese Platform like TIK-TOK on a service contract agreement by the user be a security threat when doing the same in the US Platforms like FB, Microsoft, google clouds are not? What kinds of logic is that?

      ICANN and the UN should get involved.... The simplest most deadly attack would be a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service Attack), which could bring down a country's IT infrastructure in 10 minutes. These are macro factors...
