Hear me out r - truth climbs the ladder and because hes on raw he thinks he can only grab the raw tag team championships then someone from smackdown climbs the ladder and the titles are split....
I like the idea, and its using r-truth's type of comedy to do a big twist on the championship.

WrestleMania 40 could be one for the ages. Cody vs Roman 2, Bloodline vs Cody and Seth, Drew vs Seth, Jimmy vs Jey, Rhea vs Becky, LA Knight vs AJ Styles, Logan vs Randy vs KO etc. I haven’t been this excited for a WM in a long time

I agree but I do feel that last years build has been better. I don't wanna sound ungrateful that we have The freaking Rock back on TV but by him being here, it sort of takes away from Roman vs Cody because it's becoming all about him rather than everyone else involved.. even over Roman. Idk we're getting Roman and Cody alone this Friday tho so we'll see what happens there's still a few weeks away

People need to understand that LA Knight being trusted for a 1 on 1 against AJ STYLES at fucking WRESTLEMANIA is NOT a downgrade. It's Knight's final test. Bet your ass that if this match is banger then Knight is getting the push fans all want to see.

I think the way they're booking Seth is simple. Dude would ride and die for the business, meaning he plays the Tony Stark of this story, and Roman is Thanos. Seth is pretty much going to lose it all but guarantee a better future for the WWE and the future generations of stars. It makes more sense that Seth plays Tony since the Avengers storyline follows Civil War (Cody being the guy to fight Seth, and win multiple times), and then leads directly into them respecting each other and fighting together. Cap can't exactly finish what he started, but when all is said and done, Tony sacrifices himself, and Cap goes on to finish his story that he missed out on in his life. I feel they're gonna repeat this into Cody and Seth.
Imagine the Jey vs Jimmy match becomes a Hell in a Cell I Quit match. The match that started the Bloodline story. Could even have Rikishi as special guest referee.

Honestly, I only care for a few matches. Both Cody Rhodes Matches, Jey vs. Jimmy and Seth vs. Drew. Everything else doesn't feel like WM to me. I miss CM Punk as well!

WWE have the opportunity to make Big money in next 3 WMs, If Cody wins and Rock turns on Roman, U have a year long beef for WM 41 with Roman vs Rock, Then Rock coming after Cody after beating Roman at WM42 then loose and moves back to Hollywood. This feud will culminate at WM42 with the right booking
My only gripe between Sami vs Gunther over Gable vs Gunther is the lack of a story surrounding the IC title specifically. Gable wants that title to avenge the humiliation he got in front of his family and that makes the title mean more to him because it means he avenged that lost. Sami's stake in this doesn't even necessarily have to do with the title, but just getting back in the main event spot.
Sami's beef with Gunther was Gunther walked past him and Sami basically went, "Oh, shiny! That'll do." I think they should have inserted him in the match (somehow) with Drew and still have Drew win because let's be honest, Sami doesn't need the win
I'm getting real concerned about Lashley too, but your idea is probably the best way to go for sure
I think the reason why people are saying that Sami deserves more is because we already seen him with the ic title but at the same time this is a new Sami and if he does win he can actually have a good run with the championship
I feel like the tag team ladder match and Drew v Seth is going to steal the show. I would love if they could add Axiom and Nathan Fraser in the tag team match. Those dudes can literally fly and would add some memorable moment in the match.

Akam and Rezar (Karion’s Faction) and The Street Profits are already having a qualification match on Smackdown for a place in the 6 team ladder match at Wrestlemania for the titles. One of the teams will already be involved on the card and therefore probably won’t be booked in another 6 man tag team match
Karrions faction gonna take another L. I'd be shocked if Karrion doesn't get released at this point this year.. nothing is working for the poor guy

Here’s an idea that I don’t think anyone has thought about for Seth’s title. What if Damien Priest cashes in on night 1? I feel like this would work with Drew being screwed over again because Seth didn’t want to leave the bloodline alone. It just makes Drew even more justifiable and more dangerous than before because in his eyes, Seth took his title as second nature and ruined their match because of it. Then you have Priest vs McIntyre so you don’t have to have Seth fighting both days and have him be screwed over again by the Judgement Day. It also works with Rock making sure Seth loses his title. I would like Drew to win the title at mania, but I think this is a path that people aren’t considering enough

Rock and Roman win the tag match. Roman is beating down Cody during their match the next night. The Rock is helping beat down Cody with the Bloodline and then the glass breaks. The crowd goes nuts as The Rock looks shocked. Austin swings and takes down Sakoa, Jimmy, and then stares right at The Rock. They start brawling. Roman is distracted by all of this and takes his attention off Cody. Cody takes advantage and nails the cross rhodes. 1 2 3. Cody wins the championship.
I don’t know why nobody is saying Jimmy vs Jey should be in a cage. Nobody else gets involved, it’s just the two of them-Jimmy got out first in life but who’s getting out first at Wrestlemania? Hell you could even call it an Uso Penitentiary match, idk.

My fantasy booking : Rollins is heavily injured from the drew match so he is taken out from the tag team match which leads to John Cena returning as Cody's tag partner. John did say he is maybe gonna show up at wrestle mania but there is no relevant place for him on the card. This could be the perfect way to put him on the card 🤝
Low key Priest should cash in on the raw after mania on Cody. He still gets his moment and they have a story that makes sense right after the season finale (mania)

I'm a huge Iyo Sky fan too, and I gotta agree with you regarding how WWE ended up booking her title reign. I think the fact that it's going to end with her putting Bailey over as a face champion says it all. It's turning out to be a good story, it just unfortunately hasn't really been Iyo's story yet.

I got my wife and son into wrestling going to indie shows and then WWE and I envy their energy and passion for their favorites. I do my best to not mark it up because I want that energy too

Yeah even though big stars like Brock, CM Punk and Charlotte is missing WM40 still wwe make a way to make mania feel special with all the Cody/Rock/Roman storyline.
Hot take but I think last year build to wrestlemania was way better, smackdown has been boring in opinion. The only thing I like about smackdown is the rock and that’s it, everything else feels so unimportant. Bayley and Iyo story has been ice cold. Santos heel turn started good but, since then he has fallen off cliff. Raw has been pretty mediocre in the last 3 weeks. In my opinion this year build has been underwhelming because of the rock. The rock feels like the biggest superstar and everyone else feels like an afterthought.

I dont think dustin will get involved but with HHH in charge of things anything can happen and he knows how to create massive moments. He keeps saying this WM will be the biggest ever.
Here's the final card I would do, 14 matches with 7 on each night.
WWE Championship
- Cody vs Roman (c), Cody is winning. Stone Cold and John Cena are the last 2 real faces off the WWE and big rivals of The Rock, they'll come down and help Cody when The Rock and Solo get involved.
World Heavyweight Championship
- Drew vs Seth (c), I want Drew to squash him, have Seth get "hurt" during the tag match on night one and Drew just annihilate him on night two because off it.
The Tag Match
- Cody & Seth vs The Rock & Roman, Rock is pinning Cody, only one that makes sense to give Cody more adversity and Rock a pin over him for his eventually title fight.
Women's Championship
- Bayley vs Iyo (c), Bayley wins, probably transitional until Charlotte returns unfortunately but its gonna be a nice moment for her. Iyo's reign has been bad, which is shit cos she's the best in-ring wrestler they have for the women and hopefully after Mania she'll get treat better.
Women's World Championship
- Becky vs Rhea (c), Rhea wins, becomes the first off the women's division. Becky has done some great work recently and her star power can help begin Rhea's face turn.
Tag Championship Six Pack Ladder
- Priest & Balor (c) vs R-Truth & The Miz vs Johnny & Tommaso vs Kofi & Xavier vs Pete & Tyler vs Theory & Waller. I think Truth will grab one brands championship (probably Smackdown) and Gargano grabs the Raw one. They've been teaming these 2 teams together against the Judgment Day so it makes sense having these 2 sides split the titles.
Intercontinental Championship
- Gunther (c) vs Sami, Gunther wins. (more on this later though)
United States Championship
- Kevin vs Logan (c) vs Randy, Logan wins after the other beat the shit out off him, Kevin takes the pin and Logan vs Randy 1 on 1 either at SummerSlam or in Saudi.
Singles Match
- AJ vs LA, LA wins and gets traded to Raw for Cody going to Smackdown as WWE Champion and feuds with Drew whilst Seth takes so time off to recover.
Brother vs Brother
- Jey vs Jimmy, gotta let these 2 go out there and cook, Rikishi as special enforcer, and let them bleed. This is the kind of match where blood is necessary I think, its a blood feud between twin brothers, gotta get some crimson on the mat. Jimmy needs the win more so I'd have Jimmy win, I think Jey will be the one too beat Logan for US title eventually so give Jimmy this win.
These next 4 matches aren't booked but I think should be.
Stipulation Match
- Bobby vs Karrion, Bobby can't be left off the card 2 years in a row and with them already advertising Rey vs Santos for Smackdown that can be the main event for the Smackdown before night one. Just let Bobby and Karrion go out there and beat the crap out off each for 15-20 minutes, Profits and AOP interfere that kind off stuff. I'd have Karrion win here, Bobby is a made man and Cody is gonna need some heels for his Smackdown run.
Six Woman Tag Match
- Dakota, Kairi & Tiffany (Asuka is injured) vs Bianca, Jade & Naomi. Bianca's team wins, Jade pins Kairi to set up her and Naomi vs Asuka & Kairi for tag titles when Asuka is ready and gets Bianca/Tiffany on the card. I think Tiffany vs Bianca is gonna be one of the title matches at 41, especially if it's in Minneapolis considering Tiffany is from Minnesota.
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
- I think this match should be back on the Mania card, gets as many guys as possible on the card and they can be quite fun. I'd have Chad win and use this to get his 1 on 1 with Gunther in France, Andre was French so it makes sense. I'd have Chad win as well and then feud with Sami whilst Gunther sets his eyes on Cody and the WWE Championship which he wins in Germany.
Joan Laurer Memorial Battle Royal
- give the women a battle royal as well, Chyna (who is Joan for those who don't know) is the most recognisable woman in wrestling history. Give her the Andre treatment for a special battle, I'd have Liv win it to please her fans and use the momentum towards Rhea match at Backlash.
Jey should absolutely be going over. He’s the one shifting the shirts, and he’s the one who could genuinely win a title and fans be all over it.

That idea for Bobby’s faction v Karrion’s faction is great. The feud between Bobby and Karrion itself has been boring as it’s basically just been brawls. Hell both of them aren’t even on Smackdown half the time.
However, if they take 6 talented guys and give them a fun gimmick match, WWE can make something outta nothing.

If the plan is to have DP cash in during McIntyre vs Rollins, I hope Priest cashes in during the match, making it a triple threat. He can win, as long as he pins Rollins, or he could lose the cash in. As long as McIntyre doesn't get pinned by Rollins, I'll see it as a good booking decision
What has Damien done since winning the briefcase that makes you think he’s capable of occupying one of the two top positions in the company. Is he at the same level as Roman? Cody? Seth? Drew? Sami? Randy? KO? AJ? LA Knight? Finn? Shit, he’s not even as over as Dom.
