Do not use bright lighting in house when its dark (night time), bcz it disturbs and confuses brain so much and which results in high cortisol and thus reduces the efficiency of brain. Wear orange glasses in evening. 3.Cold exposure to body by swimming in natural water body or atleast take cold showers to the extent possible 4. Pressing at middle of thumb to enhance brain function. 5. Never stop learning new things.
