Great video again , the italian lady would cheer up your team losing on a wet Saturday . Be kind to each other , it doesn't cost you and thing ... and it will make you feel better . All the best .
Thanks again Peter, yeah Irena is just one huge bundle of sunshine ☀️ just such a positive person and good to have around. Being kind genuinely doesn’t cost anything, if only more adopted that attitude the world would be a better place. Take care Peter, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
Thanks again mate for watching and commenting. Oban is lovely and it’s not that far to Glencoe, if you get the chance and the weather I’d definitely recommend it. Take care, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
Wonderful wonderful Steven. The views from the Glencoe hills just never gets old. Just beautiful mate, and looks like you had a wonderful time with the rest of the gang. That descent down in to the lost valley looked steep. Thanks so much for sharing your adventure with us as always. All the best Dave 😀🥾⛰🏴🏴
Hi mate, thanks for that, just an absolutely stunning day, from the start at the 3 sisters up over SCNL to Bidean itself, just an amazing mountain that offered up so much on the day…..and yes, as Irena would say it was super steep 🙈 but the reward was the Hidden Valley which I have visited so many times but never tire of it, take care my friend, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
Just so great to get out and enjoy a wonderful hike with a group of like-minded friends...love it!! So many amazing ferns and falls and views where ever one looks...awesome!! Looks like an area that could have many adventure opportunities for sure. Thanks for sharing your amazing day!! Bruce and Otis
Hi Bruce, it was a very special day, as much as I enjoy the solitude of the mountains I’m finding I’m enjoying company more and more. The area is Glencoe and it’s without question one of if not the most amazing parts of Scotland 🏴 A veritable playground for hikers and walkers. You and Otis take care mate, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
Cheers Wullie, aye we’re getting a wee group together, just glad the guys enjoy it, that boy Mul is a machine even if his dress sense leaves a bit to be desired 😂😂 Take care mate and happy fishing 😊👍🏴🏴
What a fantastic video Steven! I think i can see the beginnings of you having your own wee walking group! 😂such a lovely bunch of folk you walk with and your so supportive of them all! Whether your walking solo or with your wee group your videos are a must Steven! Take care oot there Theresa 😊
Hi there 😊 long time. Thanks as ever, I’ve been enjoying the guys/girls company of late but missing my solitude. On holiday week after next for 3 weeks so maybe get some me time, that said just literally in the door after a 20 hour day with a couple of the guys on the Ring of Steall (left at 4am 🙈) the 3 of us are like burst baws 😂😂 Thanks again Theresa 😊 Take care, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
@@outofayrshire143 Hi Steven wow that's a long day you must be exhausted! Definitely benefits to both walking with others and getting some you time. I'm sure you'll find a way of combining both that suits you. 3 weeks off work should help have you made any plans yet? Difficult to know what the weather will bring so far ahead i guess! Though right now you'll just be wanting to sleep! Take care Steven Theresa 😊
@@theresabuchan6844 it would have been a long day anyway but having to divert via Oban due to A82 being closed didn’t help….plan is for a few days at Applecross (Torridon hills) followed by Achmelvich for a few days, home for a bit then Glen Nevis campsite with a view to doing either grey Corries or heading up to Kintail….all very weather dependent….just polishing off a 🍷heading for the aforementioned sleep….absolutely gubbed. Hope all is well with you Theresa, take care, Steven 😊
@@outofayrshire143 A very well deserved 🍷 by the sounds of it Steven! Sounds like some great adventures planned for your holidays! Hope the weather gods are kind and as always i look forward to seeing your videos. Sleep well Steven Theresa 😊💙
great stuff you guys, such a perfect day, just enough wind and rain to keep the dreaded midgies on the ground. i have to agree with other comment on going to the right up the scree to the lochans, when i saw that i thought my day was over but some climbers coming down told me to go to the left, there is some hands on but nothing serious, aalthough i'm not sure if crossing back over the lochans to the cliff route would be ok, it could be very very boggy, but the truth is, i wouldnt have been able to do the scree, its just too sapping. you guys made it all look easy, the bit up to bidean especially, all the other vids look scary and difficult. bit shocked at the waterfalls going down to the lost valley, couple of them looked huge. i hope i can do this climb soon, even if i made it up scnl i'd be very happy.
Hi mate, was a fantastic day with lovely people, that’s the second time I’ve done Bidean and tbh as for the route I was just following the GPS 🤷♂️ I do enjoy a bit of hands on but at no point did I think that anything we did was technically difficult and our group ranged from complete novices to slightly more experienced but certainly not expert. The sight and sound of the water crashing down the mountainsides both on the way up and back through the HV was awesome and makes for some good footage. Hope you get to enjoy this one soon, take care, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
Brilliant video Steven. Gutted I couldn't make it that day. Was watching the video with my son. He loved the river crossing. He wants to do that lol. Might take him up the hidden valley next Thursday. Do you think it's alright for a 5 year old going on 6?
Hi Alan cheers for that, anyone can do the Hidden Valley there’s no real difficulties involved, just be careful along the side of the gorge. As you saw the river crossing was unusually high but a couple of the lads managed to get across dry the rest of us just went for it 😂😂 if you go I’m sure your son will love it. I’ve had a lazy weekend, was gonna head somewhere this morning but couldn’t motivate myself. Long weekend next week so hopefully get a couple of days including the Ring of Steall with the guys on the Sunday. Take care mate, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
@outofayrshire143 hidden valley is one of the options next Thursday. Still trying to decide. I've been lazy too lately. But do have a lot on at the moment. Off for a 3 in August. So hopefully get a couple of munros in the bag then. Good luck on the ring of steall. That's one it's on my munro bucket list.

Cheers mate, we couldn’t have gotten a better day and the views were superb. Everyone had a fantastic time and as for Stephen and Peter, the Buachaille and Bidean aren’t a bad way to start their Munro journey.
