    Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya, comes from a fruit-bearing cactus. It's high in fiber as well as magnesium, making it perfect for smoothies.
    Start your day off with this delicious, nutrient dense and sweet tropical smoothie.
    Yield:1 serving
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup dragon fruit (frozen cubed)
    1/4 cup mango (frozen)
    1/4 cup cherries (frozen, pitted)
    1 cup coconut milk
    1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
    Instructions:
    Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
    Pour into a glass, & enjoy!
