Taken for what it is, this is a really well thought out small home. There very little space not in full use, which is great. It is a home that could comfortably live much larger than the foot print suggests.
It’s nice but I would change the bathroom. It feels more like a hotel bathroom than a bathroom in the home. The bedrooms look like RV bedrooms with not much space to walk around. I like the design on the outside but the inside seems to cramped.
I was looking at that too. The bedroom by the laundry area could’ve been an en-suite and the laundry area could’ve been smaller. Also the bedrooms that are closer together could’ve shared that bathroom. I mean who builds a bedroom so far away from a bathroom- all the way across the house??

No need for 3 bedrooms. Two in a house that size would be perfect. Also only need ONE bathroom. I don’t like the laundry area so exposed.
