Agree. Moldova 2021 and Serbia 2015 come to mind as well. Both rather generic and retro songs with low odds beforehand but they were definitely charismatic crowd pleasers. The HUGE difference was the language and the Modovian song was some kind of folk, while this is dated dance combined with a gospel sound. There is no chance that Belgium will end up that high. You can be extremely happy if you qualify but you will surely not end up in the top 20.
