Is there a requirement to visit Japan? What place would you recommend for someone who have 8 hours or less to visit Japan? For those people who have long layover at the airport and want to explore Japan for a bit.
May I ask when did you go to tokyo? It doesn’t seem so cold based on your ootds. I’ll be visiting tokyo on feb 1. Your vlogs are very informative and it’s all in my iterinary ☺️
Watching you and Jan makes us wants to visit Japan. Love all the places!!!!! Is there anything you missed out that you would visit next time? We’re visiting Alberta this year before or after school holidays -to avoid the crowd.
The trains are not confusing, you just need to use google maps, it tells you exactly where to go and even which car to get on to be faster at the exit or change trains. It was super easy navigating with that when I was in Tokyo.
You guys are cute (hope that is not weird a guy saying a couple is cute) and thanks for the tips regarding Tokyo. My wife is Filipina and we are traveling to Tokyo mid August.
The MRT is overwhelming at first but u get used to it :) but ordering on the other hand, we had no issue with cus most places have pictures for reference ☺️
“We want to be respectful…” … constantly the only one with his mask down or not covering his nose. Edit to respond to y’all. Your masks are down for almost the entirety of the first segment. And then again later in the subway station. And read the room - you’re guests and if locals have masks up, put your mask up. You constantly pull your mask down to not cover your nose. Not just in this video.
As stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare: “You do not need to wear a mask outdoors when you are approximately 2 meters apart from others, or when you are not talking at a distance of less than 2 meters. Indoors: You do not need to wear a mask indoors when you are approximately 2 meters apart from others and when you are not talking.” 😊

Hii in tokyo we stayed in 2 hotels. One is super hotel shinigawa and the other one was a best western. And in Kyoto we stayed at “M’s hotel nijojoko Oike”
You can't have the sheer size of Tokyo's transit system without complexity and in my experience it is not confusing but rather overwhelming at first, but once you understand how well it is organized, the logic behind it, you'll move like fish in water!
Ann looks stunning as usual 😊I've been to Tokyo several times and it's the first time I've learned about the sensory art museum. And whoa! There is real water in the sensory museum. Anyway, thank you for such a great video as always. If ever, our Korean visa doesn't get approved, we'll reroute our flight to Tokyo.
As a flight attendant, I have traveled around the world and have been to these places you guys went to. Japan is my favorite! While it’s fun and exciting to see new places, I am sad that I don’t get to experience it with my husband.😢 I’m praying that we get to travel around the world together, someday, like you guys🥹
I am Japanese. The crowds in Tokyo are crazy. Do you know why? Because about 40 million people, the combined population of California and New York City, live within a 60-kilometer radius. Isn't it amazing?
JR Pass is ONLY recommended if you are going OUTSIDE of Tokyo and to multiple prefectures! If you are staying inside of Tokyo then just get a suica or passmo transit card.
@@auomauom If Nagoya is the only place you’re going outside of Tokyo then I would just get a regular train ticket. But to answer your question, yes its just one way essentially. The JR pass is an unlimited amount of JR pass eligible rides for the amount of days that you purchase it for. You don’t have to “book” anything, but it does help to make seat reservations on the bullet trains just to be safe.
I’m a Japanese university student and started watching your vlogs to study English hehe So glad to see how much you guys are enjoying in Japan, my country! ♥️
Aloha! Great vid you guys. At TeamLab, how big are lockers? And for elderly visitors in a group, do they allow people to bypass water and the one with the cushiony floor? Thanks and keep it up!
Thank you! The lockers arent that big to be honest, a normal size backpack will fit but thats about it. And we dont have a definite answer for ur second question unfortunately since we aren’t 100% sure!
Just done watching your Korea and Japan vlogs. Your videos really made me smile. Great snippets and very informative. The recent holidays are not so great for me due to an emergency but your videos really helped a lot just to ease some of my worries away. More blessings to you both and to your families! Keep Safe! 🤩

Thank you for another beautiful and fun vlog! Once again, I love your reactions and your smiles just radiate! I also can't resist cotton candy, cute dog clothes, capsule toys or matcha ice cream so I enjoyed them all virtually through this vlog! Your vlogs are filled with so many amazing places to visit and great places to eat. It's so much fun traveling with you guys!
I’m sure you guys didn’t know this because it’s your first time in Japan, but walking and eating/drinking on the streets is considered disrespectful. You’re supposed to eat and finish your food at one place, usually at the stall before you start walking again. 😊

This was November :)
