    Loving my IPDO! Need more recipes though - thanks for sharing - will try this recipe- watched your other vid with boneless breast - man love both excited to try it! and YES IT IS ALL ABOUT THE GRAVY!!!

    made mine to a tee like you showed. My turkey came out dry and all my bottom was burnt. Perhpas adjust the temps? not sure, But wasted a nice turkey breast ugh...i mean its like you forgot to put liquid in the pot when cooking. Not sure how yours came out without burning. I think this whole video was just about selling your knife lol

      More oil, and might have had bad temperature control because there is no reason that your turkey should have burned up at these temperatures. My guess would be not enough oil and aromatics used...as the aromatics will release water as they cook out. Or you just forgot to turn your temperature down after searing. These would be the only reasons you burned it out.
