I suspect My Chevy utility broke a rocker arm it's making a ticking (clicking noise) , any tips on how to replace those and hydraulic lifters with messing up with the timing

Hi i just want to ask i replace the petrol pump, fuel filter the idle control valve,new battery new spark plugs still no petrol come true

Hi . I can only suggest to check the fuel pump relay. If you turn the ignition and you don't hear the pump sound come on it means there is no power to the pump. Check the wiring.
