I suggest looking into a career in medicine. I'm 33 and starting my journey to become an internal medicine specialist or internist later today. It's never too late and bettering just one human being benifits the entire world in a macro sence. From community to country to planet to universe. Life is complex and trust me I relate deeply to that sentiment about needing to, as jordan peterson says "clean your room before you take on the world" and I can just feel that it's going to happen for you. Take it day by day and give it a lot of thought. And yeah I try to say positive things to people when I notice things about them. I hate to bring up the same person again but I have this mindset because of Jordan Peterson explaining how people need so little encouragement and so many people can go their entire lives without an encouraging word and it just kills them man. I paraphrased that but it gets the point across. Just know that you aren't alone, most people suffer in life and that suffering is sadly necessary in order for us to experience bliss. Because without suffering you wouldn't have anything to compare bliss to. It would just be existing. Again I'm glad I was able to help in some way. Unfortunately Colson and Megan had a miscarriage in November 2022 , he wrote the song Last November about it and Jelly and Bunnie have fertility issues
