It was amazing thank you so much i have tried this today.
Changes that I made:
1. I added red colour in cream, which gave a pink, offwhite and pista green colour combination to the dish.
2. Whipped cream nh mili te so plain cream use ki and
3. First layer buht thick rkh di te mny jiski wajah s rolls nh bn rahy ty toot rHy ty، apko roll bnany k liye first layer parli rkhni hugi. Or thick hu b jati hai to barfi ki trah kat k sandwich bna dein 2 2 brfiyo ka. This is what i did. Opr nichy white, center m pink cream or top p pista ... Out class.

Its best if u add maida in cold milk or if u add maida in hot milk...trust me it gets clumped n it will b so difficult to smooth out without stick blender
