Colorado’s football program is just a reality show for the Sanders family. Deion has zero interest in building up any other players than his sons. When Shedeur and Shilo are gone he’s gone.

Facts
Sanders answers questions at his pressers like his playing days. People forget he’s only been coaching a few years and 2 in P5, which is a different animal than JSU. He lacks traditional HC talk, and I doubt he’ll ever change. That said, the reality show that is Colorado football is highly entertaining. He’s great for CFB because at the very least, it’s a peak into a program 24/7 via his YT propaganda channels which no other program does.

He’s going into the big 12 as it becomes a joke of a conference. Without Oklahoma and Texas there’s no blue bloods there. Deion will have the most talented roster in the conference going in according to recruiting but the media won’t tell you that just like they lied for him all last year. Last year was an underachieving season with the players he had. If he wins 6 games in that weak conference they will act the same as last year. They will market the games to racist blacks and then they in turn will pressure other blacks to be Colorado fans or be called sell outs. This is how dirty sports media promotion is nowadays

HAD WALMART TO BUILD A NEW PRACTICE FACILITY FOR THAT UNIVERSITY. BROUGHT IN A HIGHER LEVEL OF FOOTBALL TALENT. BROUGHT IN HIS KIDS TO GET A QUALITY LEVEL OF EDUCATION AT A HBCUS EXPERIENCE. NATIONAL ATTENTION TELEVISION ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL FOR HBCUS. EVERY ONE IN THE NATION WAS TALKING ABOUT HBCUS AND JACKSON STATE UNIVERSITY. Where is their attention now? Where are there news conferences and press conferences. Come on? This was all about him and nothing about what he's done for anybody but himself. Your legacy is defined by you leaving and things still thriving and popping. Jackson State is not thriving and popping and their football and other athletic programs are suffering. He pimped those black kids just like all the rest of them do
@@tmasst07 i respect what you said but do you know the black experiences, the African-American community experiences, the HBCUS EXPERIENCES, culture experiences of blacks in America .the question then is do i know, yes im from the old school,attended a HBCUS, a all American football player on the college level ,have high school records never been BROKEN, college records never been broken, selected to outstanding names and faces of America, college graduate, a academic all American , masters degree , ex pro football player etc, my accomplishments, ex law enforcement officers, part of special forces, specialist = vocational rehabilitation, specialist = work adjustment, specialist = class room training director,etc,etc. I HAVE THE TRUE UNDERSTANDING, RIGHT

1. I'm Black and I'm proud. I've had my share of bigotry and ugliness shared upon because of my beautiful skin color and know very well our experience and challenges
2. I went to an HBCU as well (MEAC 4 life)
3. Even if I didn't go to an HBCU nor was Black, that has nothing to do with calling out bad or negative things wrong with the world, to include cultural/race/nationality differences. We have to be comfortable calling this BS out.
Deion was not good enough nor had the cache to go to a Blue blood, established program or conference (or he would have been done that).
He brought light and money to an HBCU and being an accomplished retired HOF pro was country miles better than all the other coaches in his Conference, so he had relatively easy success (this would be no different than Payton or Tom going to a small PWI D1 conference and program and having success the very next season). If you're telling me he needed the money when he is already a successful Entrepreneur and Investor, I got some snake oil to sell you. No, no, no! He used the Black platform and manipulated the experience to bring light to himself so he could get in and get gone to where he really wanted to go.
Bringing up his good while at the University to take away the spotlight from what he did is like highlighting AA being freed from slavery only to be legal duped into being indentured servants and still be oppressed due to their skin color.
Congrats on all your success ( I really mean that; not being 'shady' or sarcastic). Whether you're sharing that back with the community or not is your right and business; just don't pimp the Black Experience for personal gain.
