But 40-45 min krti hun aftari k bd workout... 15 min : 100 highknees, 50 Head to toe touch, 100 arms round moving, 2-3 min leg cycling lait kr, 1-2 min pushups.. ye sb 15 min mai ho jata hai, us k bd just 5 min rest.. and phr Leslie ki 30 min fitness walk.. 😊
      1st ramzn se start ki the, 5 days hogye hain krty hue ye sb..

    Ramzan workout mai cardio and pushups done. Lekin jumping squats ni hoty mjhse or burpees 15 times bs. Jumping squats ki jaga maine simple squats or 200 rope jumping ki. Sahe kiya???

      Side pr aise leten k aik hath aap k kan k neechag ho aur elbow zameen k sath phr jo leg ooper hai us ko jitna ooper utha sakti hain uthain. Is k 3 sets 15 repetitions k sath krna hai. Isi trha dusri side pr bhi. It will help you lose weight.
