But 40-45 min krti hun aftari k bd workout... 15 min : 100 highknees, 50 Head to toe touch, 100 arms round moving, 2-3 min leg cycling lait kr, 1-2 min pushups.. ye sb 15 min mai ho jata hai, us k bd just 5 min rest.. and phr Leslie ki 30 min fitness walk.. 😊 1st ramzn se start ki the, 5 days hogye hain krty hue ye sb..
