This is one of the cases where the actually "tuning down" gives a song even more depth. Of course the 1991 version of Collins will have stronger vocals, but this works really well! Saw them on this tour and I loved it - Phil still singing great and drumming his heart out together with Chester Thompson!

Because Mike's red Fender guitar sounds as "stuffy", so to speak, for the Invisible Touch tour Mike used his Steinberger which in my opinion has a sound cleaner and much better. I do not know if it's because of the video, but you can see that the guitar is with a sound a little low say, so much so that in tour 2007 Mike was using the same guitar model, which as I have explained to me is a very muffled sound could someone explain to me the different sounds of guitar and etc?
