People bashing this make me giggle. But those of us that experience this just smile nicely and say there there it’s okay.
The problem is that science and psychological studies can prove that a lot of the things that you think you experience are very explainable by biological functions or abnormalities.
I have been afraid of the dark for years. I'm 58 and JUST started to be able to sleep alone in the dark last year. I was always afraid of waking up to a spirit standing at my bed again. ha ha, they send me 80's song because o dont open just because they touch me. I only work when asked and see signs all around.
After my dad died when I was aged 7 he came to me that evening and told me he would always be with me. I felt him sit on the bed and touch my shoulder. I wasn't scared. He would connect with me through my thoughts and speak to me, but over time I heard more and more voices, so many messages, it was like a radio I couldn't turn off. Who do you tell this to when you're 9 years old! I started to become scared of the voices and I remember one day an evil laugh ( manly sounding) and I remember shouting to "go away and leave me alone". The voices stopped. My fathers presence always remained though. I died (suicide) when I was 26yo and I saw my Dad way off in the distance saying "You can't come with me now Possum, it's not your time" "You still have "things" to do" "When it's your time I promise I will be here, waiting for you". I regained consciousness after being comatose for 3 weeks. When I was "dead" I tried to connect with my family who were all gathered at the hospital, I wanted to tell them I am not suffering anymore and where I was - was so peaceful- but not one of my family "connected" with me, which makes me think you need to have an open channel to be able to make communication possible. I never healed emotionally from my problems and pretty much stayed permanently stoned until a few years ago. I don't smoke marijuana or cigarettes anymore - and since giving up my head is obviously clear and I am now finding I am receiving messages I am compelled to tell people. Only problem is I am scared they will think I am NUTS! But I find if I don't pass the message on it plays on me and hangs on me and I don't feel right, restless, sometimes sad, sometimes I feel heavy almost depressed. My only relief and release is when I have passed on the message. As time goes on these messages are becoming more frequent. I don't understand them, but then again I don't feel like I need to understand what the message means because it's not for me, it is intended for the person I need to share the message with to understand....So I find myself getting messages like - "ask her about the tattoo" and all kinds of subjects I cannot or are not necessarily interested in or want to know from these particular people I am sharing with. So I think I have been in somewhat measure of denial about the messages I get but I now realise that I have an obligation to pass on whatever I am asked to say without any analysis of what it all necessarily means. I feel my mother(who passed 2 years ago) is also instrumental in rekindling the gift, because if I hold back telling someone a message strange things happen in my home....and she is like "Tell them - pick up the phone and call them and tell them". She is encouraging me to share the messages so as to bring these people some comfort and closure. I'm so scared my family will think I am nutty.....my friends will think I am a fake that I want to step back from this but I am being pushed forward to embrace it at the same time. I know if I stay stoned that the messages won't come, but that is definitely not the solution I am willing to use anymore.!! I want to embrace my gift and use it to help anyone I come in contact with to help them answer questions and recieve the information they need to have some closure with the ones who have passed. Where do I go to learn how to harness this? Do I need to control this? Is there more I need to learn? Do I just continue to receive random messages? I do know from my childhood experience that I need to somehow protect myself from unwanted negative energy.....I don't even know how to do this other than reading somewhere that I should burn Sage. So that's my story and you can all probably realise that I need advice. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope someone can assist, guide, direct or advise me.
The only thing I can think of is balance. It is very important to balance your emotions and not listen to every voice. Understand you are meant to live in the present moment too, not just in your head. You are meant to enjoy life. Just because you hear them doesnt mean you are obligated to pay attention, you are free, walk in that freedom, watch the thoughts go by, and they will understand and your brain will fall into the line that you are in control and not the other way around.The negative ones try to overstimulate you and make you think you're missing something, then tell you you missed it then make things more negative. If they need help and are just fearful they still need to respect you. Ignore the negativity, resist it and it will leave. When you engage the negativity it starts the spider Web of contradictions and thoughts that overwhelm you. My first medium situation that I even paid attention to and I have only had this one, lots of issues as a kid, but never attributed it to this. Recently I had a person come to me in a dream and give me a message to tell his mom. When I crossed paths with her I told her the message and it happened to be his birthday that day, I hadn't spoken to his mom in over 10 years. I got all scared and excited at the same time, but you have to realize that your higher power, your dad, other guides, do love you and watch over your wellbeing so trust that they know what you can handle and just trust the process of growtg,And simply look at it as you helped someone and don't become obsessed with it would be my advice
you are amazing, embrace your gift and help others! do what feels right! there will always be people who dont understand you, wether it be your gift, your way of clothing or your opinions. just do what feels good and right and you will be happy❤
I read a book called Medium Mentor by Maryann DiMarco. I got it from Amazon. I believe that book will help you a lot. She talks about boundaries with spirit, balance, grounding, and more. Idk if you are a reader, but if you are, it's a really good book. I plan on reading it again.
You don't need to question what, why or even whether it is or isn't...as long as you acknowledge that moment & let yourself relax into the guidance will take you through to the next moment...🥹...promise.

I was raised a Jehovahs Witness and as a child I saw with my own eyes a spirit in my room. I was terrified growing up of demons thanks to the Jehovahs Witness teaching and the Bible. The Bible does state it comes from demons. Now I won't read the Bible. I am embracing my gifts. I am taking a mediumship course. I do get the urge to tell random people things. It s always on point.

I too was raised in all sorts of Christian churches ( Baptist, Wesleyan Methodist, nazarines) I hated it none of it ever resonated and I used to ride my bike down to the crystal and gem shop and got yelled at fiercly by my mum cos she said crystals are dem onic 🙄😣 . I saw ghosts in my teen years and had mad crazy cool dreams when I was a kid. I used to befriend stray cats too lol.
Anyway I'm working through a lot of the healing that is to be done and lots of forgiveness and working on my self esteem and confidence.

I smell sage sometimes and every once in a while I smell something that reminds me of someone or my childhood. And this is probably unrelated but when Im really craving ramen i can smell it xD
Pretty scents or funeral flower.
I feel like if I smell funeral flower scent it seems I passed into a sad ghost that doesn't seemed to be at peace or I sometimes sense a bad omen to that.
Scents, veryyyyy pretty scents from flowers it seemed like I passed into a happy and carefree ghosts.

You're highly empathetic. I am too, I can sense when something's not right with people. Or maybe I'm just very observant lol. I also get these awful headaches that leave my head feeling burning hot, almost as if my brain is cooking itself. I feel drained and emotionally tired after those headaches have passed. It only happens when I am around certain people. I think it's because I soak in their bad energy and vibes.
The first sign you mention really stood out to me because I had this extreme fear of the paranormal as a child, and even heard a loud, frightening voice utter something to me in the middle of the night as I was trying to fall back to sleep. As an adult now, through bravery and understanding, I feel no longer affected by this, although the bouts with sleep paralysis I've had have been rather frightening to say the least.

When I was a child I would hear an unfamiliar female voice calling my name sometimes a little bit after waking up in the morning... I would go into my mother's room thinking it had to be her... But she would still be soundly sleeping. It stopped as I aged to a teen and I have never heard it anymore. I am still endlessly curious to know who that was and why it happened to me.
@@kellypawspa sounds like it was your clairaudience ESP picking up on someone from the other side, trying to tell you something? Sometimes they'll send us messages ahead of time to warn us or guide us. However I think there are also malevolent spirits that will do this too, for seemingly no reason at all, unprovoked. Perhaps just for your reaction so they might feed off your energy, I'm not quite sure tbh. Depends what the message was that you heard. If you feel it has significant meaning, it probably does. Thank you so much for this video! I feel so drawn to this possibility for me... I used to talk to the air all the time and it felt so normal until I was called out and made fun of by some kids. I sense spirits all the time and many of the things that you said in this video make sense for me. However, I think that somehow along the way I have become very guarded, and so now I still have little strange things happen and sometimes I still hear bits and pieces of what is said to me. I still get quick shots of images in my mind's eye... but it feels very stifled. I am working through fear and other negative blockages so that I can truly open myself up to this important calling. I recently started meditating almost exactly a month ago. ( on the 17th) I did not make it a daily routine straight away. about a week or two in, i started practicing meditation on a daily basis.

I was there with a very dear friend of mine, who has passed about 7 or 8 years ago. i had just watched all your videos about the clair's earlier that day, So i kept my mind open and i actually received messages through claircognizance, I was overwhelmed with gratitude and emotion. after i asked (telepathically) if there was anything else he wanted me to know. i then felt what a hug from him (Schuyler) felt like. i felt so much love and appreciation for the universe and the blessings it bestowed upon me. I am going to continue on my inner work (thanks to your videos) but was wondering if there was any advice considering i am oh so new to this and still have plenty things to learn

This makes sense. I awakened a year ago. Through out my life i had a lot of this symptoms. But now they got stronger. I can hear spirits, feel them, and see them through my third eye. Recently i had a vision, I'm still trying to figure out what it means. I saw a green field and people running in chaos. I also been tampering with the tarot, i am learning and memorizing them. I feel different, something inside me changed on a soul level.

Everything mention, has happened. As a young child I have always seen things or heard voices that I just written off. As an adult I have continue to close the door because of fear. I was told just last year by a psychic Medium, that I have mediunmship abilities, I was not surprise because I have known I was different as a child. She informed me to pursue. I once had a dream where I was standing on a corner and across the street from me where all these strangers just staring at me as those they were waiting on the word. It was then I knew my purpose on this earth. Now in my late 40's, I feel I'm am ready and I ask spirits to forgive me and ask for their patience. Thank you for all your content! It's a bit bizarre for me to feel and experience all of the things that have begun to surface as of late. I've known for a while that I'm an empath and clairsentient and always have been but a few months ago I started realizing I have fairly pronounced clairaudience as well. What has thrown me for a loop is realizing I have been working with the other Clair's as well- much more extensively than I had realized. I think I did a lot as a child but for some reason it was conspicuously absent in my 20's and 30's; now it sometimes feels surreal and the egoic voice in my head is like "there's no way, you're likely imagining this" but with the things that have transpired, whether they come from a knowing, a feeling, a voice or a vision in my mind's eye (add to that the multitude of synchronicities that pull me further in that direction) have led me to a place where to question those abilities feels more wrong than believing it's possible.

I don’t think I’m a medium but from a young age I feel I’ve been able to see colours lighting people’s bodies. Like auras but not? It confuses me when people interact or get close to each other because the colours jumble around and I can’t tell what is going on. I want to know what this is.

The video resonated with me, I do have some gifts and have always loved divination tools. I always get stuck as I'm not sure how to improve my skills or how to start working with such gifts professionally. I do also worry that I would be wrong and hurt someone or something like that. A few ears ago I suffered from an episode of insomnia that lasted for a few months. It would always take me a really long time to fall asleep. I started to pay attention to the process of falling asleep every night. At some point I realized that when I was in that state of being half awake and half asleep I would begin to see images of people's faces. The images were so real and detailed I could not believe I was seeing them. I would also hear voices and words. It felt like someone was whispering the words in my ear. Sometimes I would Google the words and at least twice that I remember the words didn't exist in any language. That kept going for a number of days until one day I consciously decided that I would not want to experience that anymore and with my mind and thoughts I screamed very loudly and said please make this stop right now. From that time on I never experienced those things anymore. I can't stop wondering if that was any kind of clairvoyance or medium ability that I was beginning to develop. Now I find myself very interested in the subject of reincarnation, the pull a rally of worlds, and how is spirits interact with as humans. I think I am going to go back and study the phenomenon of mediumship more in depth.

Hi, I was recently told by the plant spirit in an ayahuasca ceremony that I am a medium and that's my purpose in life. This is a very recent thing and new for me. I've always been very sensitive to energy of people, etc. and also scared of people too because of past abuse. At first I was terrified of this message because the only mediums I've ever seen are from horror movies and the whole thing seemed crazy that I would be "one of those crazy ladies". I've always been a scared person (as a child too) but something keeps calling me back to work with these plants- to know the spirit realm better, to know myself better, and maybe to make peace with these fears and move past them so I can discover my true self.
I've got most of the 12, but have always been scared of most of my experiences of seeing/knowing/sensing/smelling etc. Some experiences have been so beautiful, but not all of them and I'm still petrified of letting go and 'seeing' any more. I've been taking sleeping tablets for years to block out any 'night visitors', and I sometimes feel I can't hold some sort of door closed much longer without going mad. Years ago, I started watching "Ghost Whisper" and it resonated with me so much! Idk why I liked that show so much but I did.
Growing up, a fear of the dark was normal for me. I saw shapes and shadows in the dark and years ago when I was a child living in a basement, I remember hearing a voice telling me to scream when I was lucid dreaming.
I believe I closed the door when some months ago, to a year, I heard a women's voice in my head, CLEAR AS DAY. It was as if I first channeled into a frequency, which caused me to look around a bit. When I saw nothing around me that could have caused that noise I heard, I thought it was my imagination so I continued to do what I was doing. Then, suddenly, I tuned in again and I heard her cry out "Save me!" which scared me tremendously.
I know that door is slowly but surely opening because my angels are always around me giving me signs that they're there; feathers, light orbs, high frequencies, etc.
I know, when the time is right, I'll be able to unlock my true power. I am unlocking my powers day by day.
I believe it's happening as soon as I conquer the fear of it.

As a child, I was so afraid of spirits I wouldn't even sit with my back to the open. I had my parents push my bed into the corner and I would sleep with my back to the wall. One night I opened my eyes and saw a glowing orange/red figure in my doorway. I believe it was an angel. It had no wings and its eyes seemed to pierce right through me. It did not seem evil but I was very scared. I can't even remember going back to sleep but I know for sure I was awake. I have also heard male voices that seem to come from outside of my body. Loved your video. As a child I was always scared of the dark even as a baby & used to think that there were people in the room but usually they were clothes on the back of the door. I've always felt as though my purpose is a spiritual one although I'm not sure what. I've always been fascinated with mediumship, do tarot & angel card readings and use runes. I also love to watch psychic mediums too. I haven't actually seen a spirit in waking life, however saw my grandmother float through my bedroom window when I was 16 even though my eyes were closed. My clairvoyance primarily comes in the form of dreams. I dreamt about my parents & an aunts death before they happened and have dreamt of my mother vividly twice since her passing. I have also dreamt about a neighbour whose grandson was stillborn
She was in a waiting room & was distraught. Later I dreamt of her grandson with jet black hair wearing a blue babygrow & told her of my dream. I see spirit lights & also saw a large golden orb above my eldest daughters cot when she was a baby. I am also I clairsentient & claircognisant & often just know things so wonder it's this what I'm supposed to be doing & should I develop it further?

Thank you for your sweet and beautiful video! I completely shut the door on my abilities about 6 years ago. I had a virtual waiting room of spirits taking turns entering my body and taking it over and often not doing very nice things. I'd wake up at the top of the stairs being pushed, having my head being slammed against a sink; it was so bad I tried to never fall asleep. It scared me so much I ended up moving across country to re-stabilize myself; I thought I was losing my mind and no one close to me knew how to support me; even though they experienced evidence of the paranormal around me. Now that I am feeling stronger and safe I don't know how to safely go about re-opening the door to my gifts or find the support needed to learn. I would greatly appreciate some guidance on how to do this. Thank you for any advice or help you can give!
As a child I'd always see a little boy with no face standing by me all the time.. I told my mother but she was to afraid haha but once I got older and kept on she said she lost a baby boy before she had me and he wasn't fully developed that's probably why he had no face.. I'm 25 now I don't see him anymore.. But as I'm understanding my clairvoyant gift when I see spirit it actually makes me smile.. I'm 100% proud of having such a beautiful gift. ❤️

First off, with the point you made about fears of the dark, I have 4 kiddos all the same, and they only feel comfortable sleeping when in the same room as eachother, so I now need to have discussions with them (well not the 3y old yet) and my husband on ways to help them tune in and out consciously. But for me, I've always felt presences in the dark, chalked it up anxiety. I'm from a family who's never practiced. My fathers side is Christian and I only learned recently my mother is more drawn to pagan and wicca stuff. I only even knew 1 uncle on my fathers side that openly practiced. My family used to scare me with ghost noises, but there have been places they lived, where if a door was open I would panic, or need to blast music and have lights on because I was not ok alone. And more recently I've been seeing shadows, blobs and humanoid, in my own home, along with a cat spirit, we've felt it brush up against us, jump on us or near us..etc. Plus the fact things poof from their proper home. And I've been into divination stuff since I discovered it 14y ago.

I see energy moving around in the air and bright lights flashing. Even more so recently. I turned around today and jumped back when two orange and white lights flashed at me. I then realized it was my guides and angels telling me here we are. I have a strong urge to make contact. So exciting but scary at the same time. I had a dark figure come to me at night when I was a child around age 10 and I was terrified and it kept visiting me for every night for a year and then it stopped. Then a few years later I started getting messages for total strangers and I was scared to tell them so I would tell my mom and she would encourage me to share what I had to say to them. Fast forward to a couple years after that and I could discern people and see things about strangers that I couldn’t believe being true once it was confirmed. Then I started to block it because it was so overwhelming. I’ve had several interactions with ghosts periodically in my life and now being in my forties I am ready to handle this and now I’m trying to tap into that again. Thank you for this video.

As I m clair Audient and also can connect with my spirit guides instantly. Crazy because in my 28 yrs of living I’ve seen a spirit 3 times and always out of the corner of my eye and shadows and I always get that feeling of not being alone like someone is always there with me AND the dark just creeps me out lol .. I do believe that I’ve shut the door but it’s for the best right now because know I’m nowhere near ready at this point

Thank you for this! I've always known I have abilities but every time I think I'm ready- I get scared and shut the door... I really want to nurture my abilities but I don't know how to get past the fear and secondly, I still find it hard to "trust" my abilities and that the information I am getting is from my guides or other spirits and not just my "inner voice"- so those two things have consistently stopped me from allowing myself to surrender and neuter my abilities! I don't know how to move forward...

I’ve known since I was a child. My imaginary friend was actually archangel Uriel, and Metatron was always around protecting me. But, I have always seen ghosts, and I did shut them out for a big chunk of my adult years. But came back full force after my clairvoyance and clairaudience made a resurgence. I am not sure if I will become a medium but I currently channel messages from angels and archangels, sometimes spirit guides. I may do so, to provide comfort to others. They still come to me with messages through dreams or other means. But, I never know what to do with the information they give to me unless they happen to be a passed loved one for a friend. As I was younger when we lived in my old house I remember constantly being afraid of my room and it being dark in there. I would always wake up to get drinks (unknown at the time I had a thyroid issue). I woke up one night and asked my mom for a drink in the living room. My blanket was on the ground so bending over I saw these eyes underneath my bed...it growled at me...I still remember this to this day! Ii ran out of the room screaming, crying, and shaking in fear. I was constantly afraid of the closet and under my bed. I also had a child I would play with who did not like my dad whatsoever....long story short when I visited the house later in my life with new owners....they did admit to me that a spirit child had been haunting their house as well, but it was friendly. As I grew up in another house that my papa had built....I witnessed numerous things happen that we're unexplainable. In my bedroom that I still have as a 26 year old female... I would wake up from a dead sleep and see a white clear shadow standing at the very end of my bed. This has only ever happened to me three times in my life and when my bed was faced a different way it stood in the same spot. I am convinced this was my papas mother who stayed with him for a while and she had Alzheimer's disease and stayed in my bedroom. My friends would stay the night at my house in highschool and one night my best friends iPod turned on ( previously we had turned it off and locked it after downloading new tunes....) Full blast at 3 in the morning...we were both scared shitless) parendon My language). There have been times where I would think about something happening and they would come true: like someone saying something I already had thought of, phone ringing when I knew it would ring, and one time knowing a girl's baby gender and name before she told me. My dad's old apartment scared the crap out of me...always had an uneasy feeling like someome was watching me...he never believed me and how I felt. One time...my mom and I were driving to a baby shower and I said, "mom I had the weirdest dream and I cannot stop thinking about it." She said, " what's that?" I said, "i had a dream that grandma had to put kanook down (her dog) and I was so upset!" Needless to say an entire week later grandma had called to tell us that she had kanook put down because of a tumor. There have been times I smell random cigarette smoke or purfume for a brief second and I know someone's near me. I've gone to Lily Dale in NY State and the psychic/medium told me that he saw a ray of sunshine shining in my chest and then started asking me questions like..." Have you seen things or felt things before?" I didn't bring it up until he had mentioned it. He stated that I should practice and become a medium. Lately however...I haven't felt anything or seen anything and I feel as if my door has closed because I haven't focused on it. I haven't felt anything in a while....even at night when I would feel it the most. Are all these stories I have told mean I am or have the ability to become a medium?

A few seconds later the ball rolled slowly back to me as if someone had kicked it back. I've told this to someone I know and I thought she would know about it because she's a psychic. She told me that someone who had died likes me. I didn't understand at first until I found this RUclips channel.
