    Cronbach's Alpha would be useful application for data analysis. Being able to understand the consistencies between items in a set is significant.

    Hello Dr. Grande, by any chance, do you have an instruction for calculating Cronbach's Alpha using Excel 2011 (Mac Version), your video is easy to follow but the functions or the placements of its functions is different from Windows version and Mac version, thank you in advance!

    Thank you for the video, it's very helpful but I have a question.
    My questionnaire was constructed as people didn't have to answer all the questions, so I have gaps in the data.
    I tried to do what you showed in the video, but it didn't work in the Excel. Do you have maybe any idea how can I solve this problem?

    This is very helpful - thank you! I have one question: The output yields two P-values: one for rows and one for columns. For rows, it is stating significance btw A1, B1, C1, etc. And for columns it is stating significance of A1, A2, A3, etc.... Is that correct?

    Thanks so much. Then if we want a table where how each item in a questionnaire affect the alpha, we need to delete one row at a time and do the calculation again??

    Dear Sir, thanks for this super video! I have doubt. I have 10 questions using a Likert scale with 150 responses. The Likert scale is 1,2,3 or 4 for each response. Can I use the same method to find the alpha as mentioned in this video? THANKS AGAIN!

    • @yarpen26
      @yarpen26 6 лет назад

      Cronbach's alpha was pretty much made with the Likert scale in mind so yeah, by all means you can use this method.

    hi sir, what if my test isn't a likert scale it's just achievement tests so basically it's just right or wrong....how do I get my values for each column/row? badly need your help! :(

    • @GamerGER
      @GamerGER 7 лет назад

      i am not a professional but i would use the regression method and put 0 for wrong and 1 for right and i would get the correlation concerning a certain goal value. besides you should consult some literature since the best method to use depends on the case you are looking at.
