Our rooms were run down and all of AC, fridge, and toilet did not work well. Until we discovered the issue, we were all sleeping on beds with mattress covers with body fuild stains from guests who stayed in room before us. The food is poorly prepared, often undercooked, and not maintained at proper temperature. One of our group came home with salmonella. The resort is understaffed. Resort management is incompetent! DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! #GrandSirenisPuntaCana we will never go back!
