However.. as someone who's being stalked don't report it to Avon and Sommerset police. I did a year ago... they don't care. I've found trackers on my car. I'm still being followed, watched and getting notes through the letter box.
My neighbour started harassing me when I moved in , shes shouted she hates me over the garden fence , telling people I'm after her husband , etc would go into thier garden everytime I went in mine , feel like she is constantly watching and spying on me , it's making me ill I'm seriously considering moving shes creeping me out , any advice please ?

I've been dealing with this in the U.S. since 2017. One aspect of it that's not spoken about enough is the spiritual aspect. The harassment is frequently done through occult practices and it's real. This video is so helpful but I'm so frustrated - my father was sending me Malicious Communications - horrible letters ("I predict you deservedly Rot in hell" and "You're finished".) plus disturbing items to my home. Definitely a course of conduct, and a crime committed. He got a solicitor and has been given a caution as he finally admitted to the offence of harassment. I, as the victim, still having to cope daily with the distress he caused me and my family. I feel that just because he is 82 (still of sound mind), they won't take it any further. No compensation for me, just a slap on the wrist and "don't send any more" to him. Disappointing.

There’s little to no protection in the US, and even less when our law enforcement are perpetrating or supporting it as well.

Hello, it’s not ok for anyone to make false allegations. I doubt anyone would get any time in prison as you described as CPS are very strict when it comes to charging, there has to be a lot of evidence. In relation to the rights of Men, they are the same as all other genders. The human rights thread through U.K. law and all genders can be victims. It’s a shame you have had such a negative view/experience

In reality, an innocent man spends 17 years for a crime they didn't commit, a crime the police and CPS knew he didn't commit because of all the exonerating evidence.
He served a longer sentence because he was innocent. Because he wouldn't confess to a crime he didn't commit. And they still tried to charge him for the cost of imprisoning him.

I have the same issues with 4 building neighborhoods,I started video tapping and taking pictures and calling anyone I could with evidence,they will give you a case number until they can identify them,then you can file a restraining order.Is almost impossible unless you start standing up for yourself and getting evidence letting them no to stop and desist from talking and approaching you,avoid them at all times but I know from experience is hard as they seem to know your moves and appear every time you outside or pass bye your home at late hours but keep recording and show authorities.

Hello, I would like to know if you can tell me how to get help here in the states. My psychopath ex has been harassing and stalking me for over the past two years. I have contacted local authorities but nothing was done about it. This harassment has taken a toll on my family especially my 14 year old daughter. I really wants this person to answer for his actions. Is there anything you can tell me to help with this?

2:30 Maybe nowadays. I took a printed caller ID list to authorities decades of my stolen, deliberately trashed life ago. Same jerks who have no problem judging the innocent targets they're pointed at (like biological, psychosocial bullets to ANY life they're DELIBERATELY POINTED AT), and I was gaslit, my newfound problems with personal security and safety were made clearly to be not their concern.

And the law can be grossly abused. I was raped in a 2hr ordeal by a serial rapist who faked his death and went on the run after 20months on bail. I was extremely distressed and posted missing person posts online (while his family and friends did not). I sent single messages to a few people asking if they knew where he may be. I am due to stand trial within 12 weeks of my arrest (while my rapist was on bail for almost 2yrs!). The police acknowledged that any message I sent was purely out of concern and non malicious. I asked a woman in a private message to remove my name from her public post. Unbeknown to me she’s a friend of my rapist. She reported me to the police. Because his circle of friends and family reported me, I am now a victim of rape being revictimised by his associates. The claims against me are an affront to real victims of stalking and make a mockery of the law.

You cannot just expect police and prosecutors to ignore what are violations of the law. If the law is wrong then parliament must repeal it.
The police is learning …. Like the Faisalabadi, relatives, mamo, chachey, Moroccan , erum masood, salima manji, aamir ghauri, gidh, huma price, dungar student of pti, fazaldin, Nadia Malik , ilford cousins( impersonations, the invisible knowers), Lisa ray, reham , Ameet channey….
Messaged my ex few times got arrested for stalking without fear alarm and distress i was never abusive rude etc. However i suffer multiple mental health issues bpd,ocd,gad,adhd, etc... it was like a constant battle with my brain one side vs the other, i sent messages but didn't know. I reached out to mental health services and told them im very unwell and told them what i was doing, i even asked to be put in a mental health hospital but they said would make me worse... after being arrested finally mental health team took me serious, i didnt understand what i was doing it was an awful horrible thing to go through.. i never meant anyone harm and never caused anyone harm. I was not responsible for my actions it was my mental health like obsessive disorder. So yes i really feel bad for not knowing what i was doing, not of sound mind, so its not nice at all. Stalking without fear alarm or distress it just annoyed my ex. And yes i feel very bad for her. The irony of the story is she stalked and harrsed me from 2000 to 2001.
Too much of this going on & they recruit others to join in to normalise their behaviour
I get angry when i get anxious.. it's kept me alive more than once when I've had to stand up for myself or others
It really is very common that the victim is not taken seriously .The very people that harassed me frequently told law enforcement that i lie and am crazy. Where do you turn then? I am afraid that something awful will be the outcome because no one is protecting me.
The only good thing about my exams is that I get to watch these videos 😁

Question so what if someone does abit too much texting and the person not responding , I’m not talking about 100 messages etc but maybe like 4 to 5 messages here and and the person not responding maybe your doing abit too much is that harrsement ?? And is that enough to go prison ? Just normal messages plus just to add women stalk men as well you know
Hi, women do stalk men, it's not a gender specific crime. In relation to the nature of the texts It depends on the impact of the victim, if you are continually contacting someone when they have asked you not to, then it is harassment. If you broke up with someone for example and they said they didn't want any contact, if you started sending them unwanted gifts and/or messages then that would be harassment, even if you were sending 'nice' or 'normal' things, the other party might find it distressing.

What about the dating game if a guy does abit too much but maybe he does abit of unwanted attention compared to an actual stalker / creep , like example a guy got turned down , then ask again then she says yes I dunno it’s difficult to spot sometimes I mean there are guys and girls out there maybe do abit too much and I feel like they feel abit bad because someone calls them weird when I’m fact there not , like another example what if the girl is Shy and always looking at a man she likes ??? Is that creepy ?? Or if a man does it I dunno I’m asking because I’m a guy and everytime I got out women cat whistle at me , beep there horns , it gets annoying sometimes , women blowing me kisses

Hi, thanks for your question. It sounds like you are discussing detectives and ‘regular’ police officers. They both work within policing as detectives are also police officers just with additional training and slightly different responsibilities.
Uniformed police officers (regulars) respond to crimes and are usually the first at the scene, they have some investigative training (pip level 1) detectives come in after to complete the investigation if needed as they are trained more thoroughly. Detectives will look at the whys, how’s and who’s and gather all of the right information and intelligence to complete the picture

Hi Daniel, there are Velcro bits where the ‘police’ logo can be removed, these can be swapped out with emblems with different roles on to help identify who is who at a scene/police building

These people are going to have several charges because they have a little girl with them he got paperwork with my name on it that he signed and are harassing me with them like a fake child support and housing court i don't know this person never had a conversation with this person at all ive seen him around the neighborhood but never spoke to him i just want to know what do I say to the police please

My wife accused me of harassing her because I sent lots of emails asking about the divorce and updating her on things she asked me to do. I sent repeated emails as she didn’t reply.
I harassed my the sexist wpc who investigated from her preferred end result backwards. It’s a perfect example of this subjective law being used because it’s so hard to fight.
You talk as though peopke don’t lie and abuse it. The conversation can’t stop if she doesn’t divorce me and we need to communicate. This law is woke, impossible to fight and is used to bully people She feels harassed because she’s lied to her parents and the police. I’m not giving up as she’s stolen money and more.
I assume when I don’t go to court nobody will harass me.

Hi I have recently been arrested but not charged as of yet for stalking an old work colleague I never got on with.
I showed my work log and it proves I work across the road from them. Am I guilty for stalking even If I work across the road and the fact I don't talk to them or say anything to them. ?
Hi Hamza, it depends on the whole situation really. www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1997/40/section/2A if you follow this link it will show you the legislation that police refer to. You might not speak to the person who has reported you, but other behaviours may have led them to believe that you are stalking them. Hopefully it’s all a big misunderstanding and you can both get on with your individual days

@@hayleyvictoriacrime I notified the police on the day via email but they arrested me 3 weeks ago. I told them in the interview I had emailed you on your Facebook messenger page with my paperwork proof to avoid any problems just in case the other party claim for stalking as by chance this job and location had been selected by random by my employer and I was sent for the delivery across the road from the person in question who happened to be doing road maintenance work opposite my delivery address. I told the officers in my interview about the email and they said they will check. I emailed them as soon as I had seen him in the same locality as me to justify my reason to be there.
Overall my work boss sent me the job and location. All logged on paper and computer.

They arnt criminals they are sick individual's who dont need to be put on a pedestal. They needed putting down. People never seam to want to talk about victims. RUclips is full of people talking about these individuals as if they warrant learning about. As if they are special. 🤔

You use typically sexist language, assuming only men harass and the target is always women who reject them. You know this law is used to imprison journalists who criticise public figures.

The problem is establishment figures claiming "distress" to silence critics.

Hiya, thankyou so much for this video. This guy I met a few weeks ago from a tiktok live (though a guy I know) acted really nice for the first day or 2 I met him. I stayed at his house (stupidly), then the next day he asked me to give him money to “borrow” because his card apparently got blocked due to sending 18k to his sister. He came across as wealthy he had a lot of seemingly expensive watches etc. And i was very naive and said he would give me more money back in a week and he needed it for rent so I let him send money on my phone from my account to his PayPal and then 3k from my other account which thankfully got blocked by my bank because they thought it was suspicious as I don’t usually send that much. But then he made me go into the bank with him to pretend he was my boyfriend and got me to make up a story that I was sending it to my brother. Then when we left he kept asking me for my password for my bank accounts. Then I realised he was trying to scam me. I said to him on text I don’t feel comfortable trying to resend the money to him and he kept BEGGING. He was calling me names ringing me multiple times on WhatsApp, following me on different accounts on TikTok, ringing me on no caller ID. He has messaged me threatening to “punch me up” and telling me he’ll see me on Friday at the bar I usually go to in London (where I live) and get me banned from there and university. He was gaslighting me a lot for not wanting to send MY OWN money to his account. Today I got a guy I was with to answer the no caller ID call and the guy texted me on revolut (bank account he opened up when he was with me to try send my money to him without it getting blocked). Calling me names, saying sexual stuff and calling me an “escort” because I said I’ve got a new man to try make him stop and he sent me the £600 he owed me then right after said “send that back I didn’t mean to send that” “send it back otherwise I’m calling the police” and he tried to login to my bank account (he don’t know the password). But yeah I’m just scared and don’t feel safe I can’t sleep nowadays and I feel as tho he’s gonna keep making accounts to harass me and try find me at the places I hang out etc😩
I just turned 19 I’m a uni student and I can’t even eat or do my assignments because this guy keeps trying to contact me and I don’t like it I’m up right now at 5am stressing. I have autism which he has also taken the piss out of me for and used against me to call me a retard etc but the way he does it is weird because he acts as if he still wants to “be with me” even tho we were never officially together. Even after 3 days he was saying “I love you” and saying I was his (being obsessive) but at the same time saying he doesn’t want to be with me and saying things like I’m dirty, sexually personal things against me, essentially gaslighting me a lot… I think he’s a narcissist
