Thank you for the knowledge Sam, can you shed some light on how I can shift my beliefs around never getting better from ocd always being stuck and feeling depressed about that. I’ve come a long way with sensory motor but It seems to have morphed into depressive sensations and self defeating thoughts etc thank you Edit: my beliefs primarily being “I’ll never get better/always be stuck with this”
Hey Top! So for myself what helped me was to really break down 'life deservingness' and 'I can probably still find contentment' whilst feeling that way. I know for myself it was 'I shouldn't have to go through this now after sensorimotor'. A lot of universal fairness.
