Great looking watch, unique numerals around the subdials, great orange colour with original design elements on case and dial. Sliding scale? I'm no pilot, it's just there for looks.
Well gz I hear ya, as a chronograph this is a decent watch, but it’s more than that, they chose to put the slide the bezel on and the inner ring/rehaut to correspond with the slide rule on the bezel, and they failed terribly. Should have just gone with a fixed bezel and had a slide rule asthetic like the stuhrling original monico does. Thanks for watching m8
Yo Chris. This does look quite interesting, especially the font choices on the subdials which are quite unique. they sort of remind me of old musclecar speedometers. I am also pretty sure the lug width on this is 22mm, as it looks quite wide for a 42mm case. You can see that the bracelet quickly tapers out of the case and I'm guessing that's why you measured 21.5 just below the lugs. but you are right, slide rule watches are not super legible usually and this is especially hard to read. what do you mean exactly by the bezel being misaligned? it's friction fit right?
Yes I stand corrected I think we have a 22mm lug width, well for sure we do. And the numbers on the outer friction bezel do not line up properly with the corresponding numbers on the rehaut, they are off by at least a line making a dam near impossible read on a slide rule inaccurate to boot

I am in agreement with pretty much everything you had to say about this watch. So disappointed in the slide rule feature; I cant use it without magnification. Thanks for sharing.
I think your lug width is 22. You measured the bracelet which has to be a bit smaller to be able to fit in. You are sh** out of luck with Casio. lol. I have several and all of them are really good. Especially the G-Steel and the two Edifice CasiOaks. Maybe the next one, Chris. 🕐⚙️🍸
Hey Nan, I had a really sharp edifice with a white dial, one of the first Casios I bought, broken chronograph on it and sent it back, only to have the second one that was sent do the same. And yep I stand corrected she is a 22mm lug width so I can rate this watch a 6.2 out of 10 instead of 6 😆😆
In the thumbnail picture you seem to have perfected the director's request to "appear as if someone is holding a small turd under your nose!" 😂 I guess it really does explain the watch, huh?
