Real New York style bagels are finally coming to California! New York native, Emily Winston, founder of Boichik Bagels, missed the iconic H & H bagels in Manhattan so she spent years forming her recipe to re-create something similar in California. She will open her bagel shop, Boichik Bagels, in Berkeley, California in the fall of 2019.
