- in honor and petrified fear of what's to come in season 21, here's a compilation of my favorite out of context law & order quotes. comment or message me on twitter @serenacIaires (the I is a capital "i") your suggestions 💖 no apologies for how heavy this is on the lady lawyers 💖
...bumping butts?
you want bus fare?
I'm always unsuccessfully trying to explain to people why I love Law & Order and this might help, thanks
yay thank you for watching!!
best tv EVER
Are you serious? Was and will always be the best series ever made
@@serenaclaires5115 Still want to take me up on making me a Jack McCoy video? I'm pretty much addicted to him & Law & Order lol ;) I'd love a video of our gorgeous & sexy guy
5:40 “I wouldn’t tell that to the next Mrs. McCoy” (immediate cut to Claire) hahahahaaaaawwwwww I made myself sad
"I thought that's what you wanted" always gets me
@@serenaclaires5115 and then it looks like she takes him by the hand
0:38 I don't think I've laughed that hard in a while
1:55 the purrfect eyewitness
This show ages but it NEVER gets old!
1:29 This is a very ironic comment coming from Serena who is the most closeted lesbian in Narnia.
1:36 This is a very ironic comment coming from Abbie, who is the most macho character in the series.
I always thought Serena was talking about herself :p
Sam Waterston quoting Chinatown is my favourite moment.
Nothing more satisfying than seeing Logan punch out the homophobe who got away with murder. Shame he got sent to Staten Island for it.
He'll be fine
Absolutely loved it! Think I might be binge watching law and order for the next few days! Thanks for posting this
thank you for watching!! gotta binge before s21!
@@serenaclaires5115 that is why I subscribed to peacock streaming... The original law and order is the best... I watch them or should I say listen to all of them except Organized Crime... Not ready to commit to a new show yet. 😂
A lot of people say it was surprising Serena was suddenly gay when she left but to be honest, a great deal of her commentary in the years leading up to that could be easily interpreted as the comments of someone deep, deep inside a closet. I think it's on purpose, writers know their characters, they probably knew a long time before we did and were dropping hints.
right, though I might attribute a bit of that to elisabeth rohm, who has said she played serena as a lesbian on purpose. i think like her wardrobe change between s12 & 13 speaks to it, and every episode where there are gay themes
girl most likely, seer, mothers day, married with children, gov love, closet-- in all of those episodes serena reads especially gay to me (which ig, as a lesbian, makes some sense. still!)
@@serenaclaires5115 I'm bi with a strong leaning towards women and those stood out to me too. I think (hope) they would have been more open if her storyline was 10 years later.
I always thought that Arthur -- in his charming, down home, country manner -- had Serena's measure before she came out.
i thought there was a lot of foreshadowing too, she and that lawyer were so gay in mother’s day
3:17 Got my wee wee slapped pretty hard 😆😆
Yeah. I'm now obsessed with this show. I have been existing for 26 years binging The West Wing, Friends and The Big Bang Theory.
Yeah, this show is everything to me now. Allow me to dance in happiness at how out of context and hilarious this show is.
I recently just got into law and order and I’m obsessed with this video 😭😭
I got hooked on it way back when you had to watch it on the night it aired unless you had a VCR, which we didn't. I long for those days
Jack McCoy behind bars? Kinda inevitable with that smart ass attitude of his haha lol all the more reason to love him
Wear silk.
Can you name the episodes each of these clips came from? I recognize some of them off hand. The scene featuring Adam Schiff greeting Jack McCoy in jail is from season 7's "ID."
I really wish I could, I can't find my list! I'm going to look a couple other places for it though :(
@@serenaclaires5115 the scene where Cutter tells Dallas Roberts "I got my wee wee slapped" came from season 19's "By Perjury."
@@serenaclaires5115 the scene where Abby Carmichael says "Can We Turn Down the Testosterone just a lil bit" came from season 11's "School Daze."
@@serenaclaires5115 the scene with Ed Green saying "Jim Giles Gay" came from season 18's "Political Animal."
@@serenaclaires5115 the scene featuring Jack McCoy asking "Why are we flying in gay prostitutes?" came from season 19's "Sweetie."
you should make all Lennie's jokes or one liners, theres a ton of them, also the one with when Lenie is showing a picture of Statue of liberty with a hot lady to Lt Van Buren and Lt Van buren sain the Statue of liberty? and then Lenie replied "oh wasthat in there" and they all laugh with det, kurtis.
And there's so many of Mikey's wisecracks that didn't make the reel too: "Well that really frosts my cookies!"
this is my new favourite video ever
I still miss Lenny Brisco.
I know. Jerry Orbach is a great actor. Sad he passed away.
I don't think I'll ever stop grieving him. You know how people remember exactly where they were when something major happened? Well, I remember it as if it was yesterday. I even said out loud "Why wasn't I informed that he was dying from cancer?" Honestly I said it and meant it, I was truly devastated.
This is the most 2022 video ever. I was thinking it was the official promotion of the new series.
high praise! my editing skills are not there lol
3:06 I really, really want to know what’s going on here. Jack looking confused and uttering that line. Mike with a seemingly random cigarette in his mouth in the office. What episode is this?
I kind of thought it was a post it???? also it's ep 19.06 "sweetie," and Mike is flying gay prostitutes in to refute the authenticity of a book
@@serenaclaires5115 is it? I haven’t seen that episode since its initial broadcast so the details of it are fuzzy, but I do remember the awkward scene of Lupo picking up a male hooker
not sarah paulson crying!!!

I AM CACKLING
i'm so pleased
I’m dieing of laughter
Adam: ::approaches holding cell; sees Jack::
Jack: ::smiles at him::
Adam: “Nice.” 😆
4:18 anyone know what episode this is?
The final one of Mike Logan?
Season 5 episode 23 Pride
The one that got him exiled to Staten Island
As a rabid Rush fan, I must’ve replayed 2:37 a hundred times over: “Jim…Giles…Geddy… *search.* “
he’s definitely saying gay but i love this comment
Brilliant! Thank you!
thank you for watching!
old ones were the best
Does anyone know where the ‘we’ll go a non lesbian route’ came from
(I might actually start watching law and order after this video)
20.20 the taxman cometh! also yay! please do! I'd suggest starting with an earlier season though, like 5, 9, or 1
Could someone tell what episode has the cat in it I know from season 18-20 just don't know which
Brilliant Disguise from season 20
man, the writers of the 2022 version need to watch this... the new one is horrible. The original built empathy for both sides, create conflict and resolved the conflict. that resolution was not perfect and in some ways as bad as the crime. The first two episodes are weak to be kind. I don't care about the victims, I don't care about the cops and DA's. The producers need to quickly look at the old episodes and determine why they were so great. The formula is simple: Murder, colorful characters that either are suspects or witnesses, then a missed clue. Then DA's take over, go over the evidence, try to deal, then go to court, realize they don't have the whole picture and then resolution.
Beyond weak. Annoying. Donovan's character needs a punch in the face. The ADAs are inept and pathetic. Repunt this one.
2:52 "Yes or no, Mrs. McIntyre, did you have sex with John Kennedy?" At first I thought he said John Candy 🙂
4:15 Lmao
I love it but I would add tags so the video can spread around easier
Love this show!✌️
me too! thank you for watching!
4:26 🤣🤣🤣
the fact that that was not edited at all from the original scene...
@@serenaclaires5115 I have literally watched every episode so many times I can't remember... It's perfect for tuning out the day when going to sleep at night, put my eye mask on and drift off to the best series ever made.
@@serenaclaires5115 would love a mix of Adam Schiff's lines at the end of show... "This is going to take down the city" something like that... God he was the best Dick Wolf using the actors across all the series is amazing!

@@serenaclaires5115 thanks ☺️
This video doesn't cover it but law-and-order is annoying to me because the way they keep passing the conversation around the room the way they do LOL once you realize that you will never ever not be able to realize it.
Might not want to read this comment because it will ruin the show for you.
My ex-girlfriend used to watch this daily and then I told her why I don't like it and after I told her that she said she can't stop realizing how they do that now.
They'll all be in a room and just start passing the conversation back and forth to one another like a ball it's insane. Lol.
You'll know what I'm saying. Just remember what I'm saying the next time you watch a law & order episode. Lol. 😊
i did recognize it when i watched an episode, but it didn’t bother me. i feel like i already knew that
What in the unholy editing is this? 😂😂
