I am now using the google translator because my English is not very good. When I arrived in the United States, my sister taught me a phrase that the American uses a lot: "if something is not broken, do not fix it". This girl was perfect work ... why most girls who say here want to change the recipe? If someone is in the place you want to be and if someone has achieved what you want to achieve ... have the same thing that person did ... do not change anything.
I keep coming back to this video. You make is simple and successful. Thanks Jen. And Noah is a doll in the background. So nice to hear.
Who else went searching for their phone or checking FB when that DING went off at 2:47 ish ? LOL
Thank you for sharing! Your baby is so sweet!! His little voice.
awe thank you :) i cant believe how much he is talking now.
Noah sounds precious. You are so good with him. Thank you for sharing
Your recipe is the best I've tried! Perfect consistency.
Jen love watching your videos. Im new to this so i learn alot from you. Love the little humans, quite cute and you are an amazing mom. Keep the videos coming.
your kid in the background makes this video so much better :)
This recipe is AMAZING!! I loved it :)
Thank you for sharing! Very well explained. Will make this as soon as my ingredients arrive. Looking forward to it! :-)
Absolutely love your videos!!!
Thanks for sharing this video
Do you think this recipe could be put in a pump bottle?
If you were to put a preservative which would you use and in what amounts?
The foaming bath whip already has a preservative in it
Twisted Bath & Body the preservative for bath whip is not strong enough for the whole product so she must add another one
Thank you for sharing! Do you have a video for the foaming bath whip? Thank you!
I did a test batch, it came out really thick. I only used 3 TBS of bath whip, 7 oz sugar, 5 TBS oil. I'll try again.
Try it with the Bath Whip and Sugar in equal amounts.
Thank you so much! I have seen this recipe with melt and pour added. Does adding melt and pour soap will harden the mix like a soap or not? What do you recommend me to do. I want it fluffly.😊
Awesome! Thank you Jen :)
welcome :)
Thanks, can't wait to try. It would be nice if all materials were ready to use and not wait.
Thank you!
are you going to do a demo showing how good it lathers?
Thank you so much for sharing :)
your very welcome
I love this recipe. Where do u purchase foaming bath whip? Thanks in advance
Veronica Cheek i bought a 7lb bucket for 35 bucks from natures garden. Not sure if that is where she got hers
@@christinabutts32 does it have a strong Chemical smell ?
I was wondering can this be made with dead sea salts instead of using sugar?, also have you found that you have a hard time getting bit to double in size unless u use 2 lbs? I have found that when using less it doesn't quite get as fluffy, unless in use at leastc2 lbs, even my supplier of the foaming bath whip doesn't even sell in smaller sizesxthan 2.2 lbs now, anyway I would love to get your thoughts on this, also if it can be made with salts would it be possible for you to do a video on it?
Thanks
it is hard to get it to whip up with small amounts. i wanted to test it first before doing a larger batch. i hate waste. and since this is a premade base i think adding the dead sea salt would be fine.
Can I do this with a regular whisk mixer??
Hi! Thanks for your videos! What kind of preservative can I use to prevent moho or bacterias , if I touch the sugar scrub with my wet hands?
There are several options but optiphen is paraben and formaldehyde free. Check out soap queen for a great article on preservatives.
The whipped soap base already has a preservative in it.
sapphireblue222 the preservative in the whipped base is not strong enough to protect the whole product so you must add another one
hi jen where can i get those jars you used for scrub please
Sonu K i got them from wholesale supplies plus
Will it melt during shipping are in summer heat
I don't have jojoba oil. Would sweet almond be ok to use instead?
Kelcie Stewart Yes it would
Where did you get your jars?
Hi Jen,
Do you need to add a preservative to this?
Thanks!
Juli Unger no you dont since no water is added. :)
Juli Unger if you were selling it, to be safe you should. because people use sugar scrubs in the shower and they're hands will be wet each time they scoop some out, therefore placing water into the jar to soak. preservative is needed to be safe.
Foaming bath whip already has a preservative in it. : )
Love your videos
Do you need a preservative?
Thank you
No
You should add one. The amount in the base is not enough once you add the other ingredients.
It's not a video without Noah Lol!! I love it, so realistic. Very creative. Love the idea of different colors, my daughters would love that!
Can you add she a butter to this?
Hi, I tried your recipe but was wondering if you've ever used the foaming whip to make solid sugar scrubs? Been looking for a recipe to try to make some of those with the foaming glycerin. Thanks De'
***** i have not tried it. let me know if you do.
+honey562012 you make those with M&P not FFB. Soap queen has a recipe for it
I made this recipe and mine came out gummy? I don’t know how to explain it but it didn’t stay “whipped”. It hardened up. Did I whip too much? Can I add a little more oil? I don’t know what I did lol
it is possible you overwhipped it. You can certainly try adding a bit more oil to loosen it up. :) It wouldnt hurt since right now you are not happy with the end result.
Where do you buy your Jars from?
is stearic acid necassary for sugar scrub or will e wax be suffiecent
Dee bermudez stearic will just make it thicker. it is not necessary.
thank you
stearic acid is a thickener and ewax is an emulsifier. they are not the same thing. emulsifiers make oil and water mix. where as a thickener will just make it thicker and if you don't use an emulsifier your emulsion will separate.
thank you
Where do you get these jars? What do you charge for this product?
They have jars similar to this on Amazon.
Hello. I was wondering if you any of you have a recipe for the foaming bath whip, and or who was the supplier that you got it from. I would prefer to make it, to keep it as natural as possible. My daughter and I both have a skin condition then we need an exfoliant. I love this recipe. Thank you for sharing this.
Heidi Everett I am also wondering this, as well. I would love to know the answer.
Soaping101 channel
Where do you buy the bath whip never heard of it
frederica broadney wholesale supplies plus, bramble berry, natures garden... they all carry their own brands.
Stephenson's is the best
i love your channel
Mind if I ask where do you get your jars?
NaturalyAngel wholesale supplies plus is where she got them. I order from them too, awesome prices
Erica Raths I've never seen this shape on there. I'll have to look again.
What is the shelf life of this product?
Mine has lasted over two years.
I have been wondering if it's possible to use a pump on the jars with this recipe?
Heather Schuchmann sorry not with this recipe.
a rule of thumb!!!, before you start any video , make sure you show us what you have and already have it all measured out , instaid of not being ready ( not very tidy ) It looks better if you have every thing all ready to go
TheSnorgmeister this is the way i make my videos. People like to actually see the process. not the end results. you are more then welcome not to watch. :)
I love the way you are REAL. Keep doing it like you do.
