Thanks for sharing, I love the simple and clear instructions. In case anyone prefers written instructions, I made these:
INGREDIENTS
• 3 ripe bananas
• 2 eggs
• 100ml or 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 & 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
• Mash bananas until soft and liquidey
• Whisk together the eggs and butter
• Add vanilla extract, brown sugar and milk and mix well
• Sift flour, baking powder and salt into egg mixture and whisk together well
• Add the bananas and mix well
• Oil the pan and then add parchment paper so that it is layered over the sides. This will make the bread easier to lift out of the pan
• Pour mixture into pan
• Preheat air fryer for one minute at 160 degrees
• Air fry bread for 40 minutes at 160 degrees
• Bread is ready when stick comes out clean
• Remove pan from air fryer
• Lift bread out of pan and place on plate for cooling
• Remove parchment paper
• Serve!

Is the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit? Because I cooked it for 40 mins at 160° Fahrenheit and it’s still liquidy 🤦🏻♀️ some clarification would’ve been nice. I’ve never cooked a dessert in the air fryer so the lower temp wasn’t an immediate red flag - after all, the cooking space is a lot smaller.

ive been a baker since before i was tall enough to reach the counters. started with an assembly line with my older siblings making snickerdoodle cookies and i stood on a chair lols
so, since i remarried i've had to tone back the amount of baking i do bcs my husband doesn't eat alot of sweets and neither of us needs them at our age but i do enjoy making the occasional cheesecake, baklava, or Ghirardelli brownies and whatever i fancy at a given moment. well, last september my oven decided to take a big dump to the point that it cannot be repaired but the stove top still works... granted, i have an air fryer, steamer, 2 crock pots, an electric skillet for low and slow cooking and cast iron for outdoor cooking or on the wood stove so i've taken this as a personal challenge.. not that we cannot afford to get a new oven but i want to see how long i can go without one with all the tools i have already... the only thing im missing is being able to bake bcs so far ive been able to improvise everything else! and i recently found out that i can make baby cheesecakes in my crock so im excited to see what i can do... and how long i can really go without an oven!
i guess when its time to finally sell the house in a decade or two, then ill see about changing it out unless the stove top finally decides to retire before then lols and now i don't even care!
