Honestly my take which is a hot one, young men need to be educated. I don’t really care to talk about people such as liver king dudes an obvious fraud. Scam artists are everywhere and the fitness industry is plagued with it. It’s no mystery, at least to me. But of course I been in the industry for a decade now so I can see through the smoke and mirrors. He has a decent message and nice body but he stands like a wobbly toddler. Not influential to me whatsoever. Enough of this guy.

The suicide argument is very unfitting. There have to be people who saw this guy as an example and followed his lifestyle, used his supplements because they were depressed or suicidal. So how would those people feel if they see this video and see that all of it was fake? This guy could actually make ppl want to kill themselves with this. And the meat he eats must be crazy expensive.... people might bankrupt themselves trying to go for the same lifestyle hoping to rid themselves from depression. Pathetic argument.

This is actually one of the most demotivating things today for me. Here in Germany we have a late night show which each week covers up some huuuge fuck ups from politicians and influencers and the like. Most of the time there is an uproar for a week and it blows over. Our once transport minister fucked up over 2 billion euros in tax payers money with shady illegal deals. Nothing happened to him, no penalties, still in Office, still getting a fat pension when he retires. Still shows his face in public a lot. And I'm just here struggling to make ends meet in an honest way. Like why even try when you just can fuck up big time and still continue.
Or this dude here, scamming money out of people, selling delusions, and In the end it will even get h richer than before because of it. Hate it. Sorry for the vent

Or just cheats, yes. Now dude works out too, but the difference between heavy gear use and natural is huge.
It's not that hard to spot though. Basically, if someone just out of the blue blows up like a balloon you can safely assume they're on gear (unless they're like 15 and are seriously working out for the first time in their life and have decent genetics). The opposite isn't necessarily true, just because someone is in bad shape doesn't mean they're _not_ juicing, they might just be slacking on their workouts/nutrition.

Addressing Asmons question at about 3:00 in. No, From a psychological perspective, getting those who suffer from depression into a routine of hard work and dedication towards goals is one of the best ways to combat their depression. What you are questioning is peoples unrealistic expectations. Look, nobody in their right mind thinks that someone of Asmonds stature can turn themselves into Liver king in 2 weeks of working out and eating right. Liver king even states that his physique is the result of a life long journey and hard work and discipline. But, if you can take a hopelessly depressed individual who has all but given up on life, you give them hope, you give them purpose and you give their life meaning then youve done 85% of the work needed to save them from suicide. Oh, qualified clinical psychologist here, masters and phd with over 20,000 hours of one on one client time. I have a track record for success in this department. Just in case the validity of my comment is questioned by someone who doesnt want to believe this to be true. Im not defending Liver King, but if he is telling the truth, he has a good point Asmon. But, ultimately, i believe that the best approach is an honest approach. Because if ive learned one thing from psychology, its that "When you tell the truth, whatever happens, is the best possible thing that could have happened" Maybe not the best possible thing in that very moment, but in the future as life plays out, and stretches beyond the immediate, that is where the better results lie. Tell the truth people. Youll always be caught. Also Asmon, and i dont say this lightly, but if you are going to be using your position as a sort pedistal to tell your fans how to view things too complicated for them to fully grasp, which is what i feel alot of your reacts videos do that arent of a comedic tone, you should really make sure that your perspective is not an ideologically possessed philosophical interpretation of a low resolution interpretation of reality, or else you stand to fool your viewers into believing something false. I like your channel and i like you, But you are culpable for telling your fans how to think when you are wrong Asmon. And you have a lot of fans who do not think for themselves because they want to be like you. Respect your position and your influence on people by making damn sure that youre not wrong about complicated matters. And technically Asmon, you are also selling a version of yourself that is not real, all people are. I have met perhaps only one or two people who do not, to some degree, push their persona as a defense mechanism against society. It is what humans do. Only children who are naive do not build up a persona to defend themselves.

Your average man who lifts and is lean with muscle mass and is doing it all naturally can only reach about 13 stone tops. Anything heavier than that is going to be because of steroids or a very rare exception. A rare exception might reach 14 stone naturally. Say someone who is really tall with a big frame, but your average man is going to be 12-13 stone of muscle if he does it naturally.
