I get that its different when its your body, but the woman's options were to try somebody who knows their stuff well, or just carry on living in pain. The crying... the body actually holds stress and emotions and memories that are released too. I love it when they apologize for crying and promise themselves they won’t cry before a session. They are letting go of not only physical pain, but spiritual pain too. The tears are my favorite part! : )

I've been following Ashley Black and I use her massage tools and she did a study on how our emotions are stored in our fascia and when you release the fascia that is stiffening our muscles and joints those emotions come back out. I have the actual journal article that was published, and she did the research with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapist and people who are well educated in health and physical sciences. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck and upper back. I have had a lot of depression and anxiety for years and I tend to stiffen up my neck, shoulders and upper back when depressed and anxious. The other day, I used one of Ashley's tools and gave myself a message in the upper back, shoulders and neck and for some reason, I was depressed and crying for no reason. And I swear that it was from the depression and anxiety that I kept in my body coming back out. I had to stop myself and ask myself, "why am I crying", but I just felt sad and depressed for now reason. It went away the next day.

ya dont crack...i use to do it a lot few years ago(17-20 years ago)...resulted in severe neck pain at some point and took like a year and a half to go away...other dumb thing i use to do was jump from like 4 meter high as a full vertical drop.....that broke my knees(was 15 old at the same)....permanent damage from height jump....didn't use roll technique to soften the landing so ya :S

My husband was a best Chiropractor. He was a very compassionate and God fearing and not taking fo granted for his patients.He always give his best adjustment how to relieve the pain,and pray over to his patients 🙏 that's my husband and I'm very proud of him.

This is why doing your research is so important! Don't go for the cheaper one because you're on a budget. Don't go for the one closest to you because you don't want to drive far. I'm happy you got to help her.
I used to do massage therapy back in the day and the feeling when you help someone feel better is amazing. I really miss that line of work. I be crying with the clients watching these videos.
I have suffered from back pain my entire life. I've been to massage therapy, and I honestly felt worse than better. Don't know if they dug into my muscles to hard or what.
The crying, I think somatic release is definitely a big part of it, but also her last experience almost certainly traumatized her so having it done again and have it finally go right must be a huge emotional experience for her.

When you have been blessed to be able to heal it is the highest of callings. I just got out of the hospital for severe back pain. I feel like I've had back pain since I was in my twenties. Every time I get hurt it gets worse and worse with the pain. So much that I need help to even move an inch. Life is hard to live like this. I watch these videos to imagine what it would feel like to be normal to be again.

@@DrAlexTubio unfortunately its a long way from detroit to Houston and i dont see that trip in my near future. pain it is for me, guess im used to dealing with it now anyhow. ive had several chiropractors but gave up, i have never had an adjustment or work up even close to what i see in your videos.

I have suffered from back pain my entire life. I've been to massage therapy, and I honestly felt worse than better. Don't know if they dug into my muscles to hard or what.
The crying, I think somatic release is definitely a big part of it, but also her last experience almost certainly traumatized her so having it done again and have it finally go right must be a huge emotional experience for her.
I love her! She reminds me of my mom in so many ways with the way she jokes.

it is crazy how you did not blame her breast. I know a lot of women that have big breast like her and the excuse why they back hurts is because they big. I felt this was bs but looking at you diagnose her and not saying that is the size. Thanks for that :)

Dr Tubio is a Christian gentleman....he would never overstep his boundaries, especially on a YT video.
When you have been blessed to be able to heal it is the highest of callings. I just got out of the hospital for severe back pain. I feel like I've had back pain since I was in my twenties. Every time I get hurt it gets worse and worse with the pain. So much that I need help to even move an inch. Life is hard to live like this. I watch these videos to imagine what it would feel like to be normal to be again.
People don't realize how emotional the physical relief can be.
Let all that emotions out
