it shouldn't have despawned... check if it accidently got pushed or something. It should be name tagged and sitting in a minecart above the carpet on the top.

is it normal if it's much slower on bedrock 1.21?
Yeah, spawning rates are different on bedrock compared to java. But either way, endermen should still be spawning.

Hey im on bedrock and my endermite despawned even tho i gave him a name, any one know the reason why?
