I am loving this . My children love it. They very quickly understood the rhythm. Ms P thank you so much for creating the video. My children love your style of teaching too. Muchas Gracias 😊
What a fun activity! My students loved this in music class! What a great way to incorporate hearing syllables with musical rhythm! And all students love talking about food!
This is great and you made it fun. Whether during a pandemic or in music class at school, this idea will help the kids understand rhythm. Love the plates used as beats. This is a great prep tool to help prepare for the music symbols that will coincide with this demonstration. Could you do this again, not erase this video nor change this particular one, but, take this exact one and dub in the black music notation to help the next stage in understand what the notes would actually look like. Maybe place them above or below the plates. You could call the next video Beat vs Rhythm 2 and this one here beat and Rhythm 1. Just a thought. Good job! Music choice was great!
You get a line and I’ll get a pole honey, you get a line and I’ll get a pole babe. You get a line and I’ll get a pole, we’ll go down to the crawdad hole, honey baby mine. That’s the original song
What a GREAT lesson! Thank you for sharing!!
My homeschooling kindergartener loved it and so did I. Thank you. God bless
