Un gruppo di ragazzi italiani, che suonano rock, vanno nel cuore della terra del country e ti sparano una delle canzoni più belle delle regina del country, Miss Dolly Parton...... Sono matti.... questi romani! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
This song is so beautiful and masterfully interpreted by Damiano, who is dedicated to our compatriots emigrated to America, immeasurable pride of our beautiful Italy.❤
Questa canzone è talmente bella e interpretata magistralmente da Damiano, che è dedicata ai nostri connazionali emigrati in America, orgoglio incommensurabile della nostra bella Italia.❤❤
As someone who was big into Shania when I was younger, she is quite good as well. Dolly is a whole other level in terms of breadth of impact, in my opinion, and was a good more local choice for Nashville. Thankfully, it’s not a competition!
Or they often don’t realize they’re Canadian (the number of times I’ve seen people surprised that Bieber is Canadian… 😂) American media does a good job of promoting certain kinds of artists - time for Canada to do the same so they’ll learn some great Canadian acts!
@@CalliThaala That is true. We need to do a better job. That being said that is why the internet exists to find out things you didn't know about. That's how I found out about artists they like to listen to that I've never heard of. They can ask their Canadian fans.
I like the cover, but they need to know about other countries music besides the US and European countries, Jamaica and Columbia. They sang Amy Winehouse in Canada. Way to suck up to the Americans . They didn't even sell out the show. Canadians know more about other countries music than they know about ours. They need to broaden their knowledge.
well you have to remember they're Italian. And they're going with songs that 'they' know. When they played in France, they sang a song by Stromae, a Belgian artist, because it was the only French song that Damiano knew the lyrics off well enough to sing it.
@@liliaeth They can learn songs by other artists. Also they covered Alors en dance by Stormae. Being Italian is not really an excuse. I'm Canadian born in Israel my parents Romanian and I know about songs from artists from other countries thanks to my parents, those I didn't know about such as Maneskin I found out on my own.
@@sandraperlstein79 a few years ago. sure. Just remember that Damiano has to memorize the lyrics for any of the covers they perform. This number increases with every cover they add to the list. I'm not saying you can't ask them for a different cover for Vancouver, they might even do so, but try and be understanding that as far as I know, the only Canadian artist I know of them watching a show of, was Justin Bieber...
@@liliaeth I went to the show in Toronto. So those that are seeing them in Vancouver can do so if they wish. I'll introduce them to other Canadian artists maybe there will be on they like to cover.
I am Italian. I read the comments regarding the covers sung by Maneskin in their concerts. I'm surprised that when talking about Toronto none of you mentioned Neil Young, one of the greatest artists of all time, born in that city. If in Canada you have to pay homage to a singer I would say you have to pay homage to Neil Young. P.s. The Maneskins, of course, know Neil Young. The opposite would not be possible.
As an Italian you took the words out of my mouth, I am a fan of Neil and I would love a cover done by Maneskin. I imagine "Like a hurricane" or "My My Hey Hey," but also "Old Man" with acoustic guitar, I think that would be very nice for the fans in Canada!
I love that they honored Dolly. She’s a national treasure. 🇺🇸

so after this Beyonce came with a country cd. and dolly parton with a rock cd.. :) but maneskin was first.
They did this song with Dolly for the album
There are other great Artists in country music, such as Shania Twain from Canada. She sold more than 100 million records.

@@CalliThaala True. The reason being that Canadian artists are not as well known as American artists be Europeans.

You are missing the point of the tribute, they actually met her so it is a way to thank her!
How to ruin a beautiful Song. Only One question: why?
you did not get it 😂, ask Dolly does she like it
