The interviewees continue to amaze me with their knowledge of their products! I love the idea of having the designers and engineers who really know their products (and are enthusiastic about their products) being questioned about them as opposed to having salesmen/saleswomen who don't know the product trying to answer questions. Hopefully SHOT Show vendors are watching these European shows to see how to interact with potential clientele and the general public.
