The colours are euphemism for variety in life. Like the album is barietyin music. Faced with choice, she goes for everything. So, people, foid, music, culture, she wants to try it all. Amplified by the dance group she chose. Variety is the spice of life, and Solar embraces it all.

I love how quickly Ku became a moomoo and he went ahead and listened to so much by himself instead of waiting to react to it…
Dumbing it down, Colors just means personalities. There’s so many kinds of people out there and she’s telling us we’re all special so let’s all go clubbing and have fun “LOL (HAHA bubble)”

Colors isn't the main single, that's But I. Since you mentioned kpop lingo let's talk about the term "title track." Rather than referring to a song with the same title as the album, in kpop a title track is the main single regardless of whether it's also the album title or there's another song that shares titles with the album. So, for contrasting examples, on Hwasa's Maria album the song Maria is the "title track" but on Mamamoo's Memory album the "title track" is Decalcomanie and there's also a b-side song called Memory.
In the case of Solar's new album there's another wrinkle. The song title is spelled Colors but she spelled the album title Colours to emphasize Ours. Her concept is to celebrate diversity & community simultaneously along with self-love and acceptance of others for their uniqueness and individuality via six songs in completely different genres or musical colors. So in that sense Colors epitomizes her concept and message and Colors is the title track in the original, non-kpop meaning of the term. And as another example of the diversity of her range, taste and talent Solar wrote or co-wrote the lyrics and music for 5 of the 6 songs, including the lyrics & music for Colors.
When she sings "Doesn't matter" she's referring to things like race, gender, sexuality, lifestyle, career choice, etc. The colors listed in the lyrics are random and were probably chosen for sound but I think going from black and white - colors applied to people - to pink and purple is very clever, implying that here's a whole spectrum of people-colors in other senses than skin color such as gender or sexuality. Solar invented names of colors for each song on the album and Glam Silver is what she chose for Colors.
As you probably know, Korea is pretty conservative socially. A major kpop artist like Solar inviting Love Ran to choreograph Colors and the gender fluid House of Love dance troupe to join her for the MV and live performances is a big deal. You rarely see that kind of representation in kpop but It's the kind of thing Mamamoo has done throughout their career. They've never fit into kpop's rigid standards regarding beauty, fashion, gender, sexuality or polite behavior by female idols. Kpop idols usually steer clear of social and political issues but Mamamoo has consistently stood up for things they believe in such as female empowerment and support for the lgbtq+ community. I think those are the main reasons Mamamoo has always been one of kpop's biggest shit magnets.
Aus's assumption that Hwasa would mostly do ballads is an example of the usual thing that happens when you assume. haha/lol
Hwasa MVs to check out: Maria, Twit, I'm a B(*tch), I Love My Body and, for a gorgeous ballad, LMM (Lost My Mind).
