Actually in Japan they do all the opposite bathing. First you take shower. Than you relax in your hot bath with some aroma therapy and skin smoothing oils. I love hot bath ))))

So i always take a shower to actually get clean then run my bath water with my bath bomb or whatever I want & some music to relax

I feel like whenever I'm upset about something, I end up cleaning or organizing things. Helps give me some sort of control over something. I know you guys are able to tussle over this obstacle. I hope your week progressively got better, Ryan and Ashley!!!!!!

That pesto you pulled is by far the best pesto ever!!!! All of their kinds are fabulous and make an easy pasta meal feel gourmet. Worth the price. I'll let you know it's 11 dollars in so cal. It does go on sale for 9, I've stocked up when that happens

I like to watch sometimes vlogs from week and sometimes from weekend. I liked finally showing us bad mood and talking about problems - its more "real".

I read extreme ownership last year during my first year of owning my insurance agency. Last week I bought it for my team and it’s our first quarter book we are reading this year. Thanks for being so open and transparent about your business and also showing us some bad days. I love seeing the process of how something is being made and not just the perfect product at the end. It makes things more real and it also makes you feel good, knowing that everyone has to struggle at some point. But thank god for the struggles. We would never learn or grow if it weren‘t for them. It seems like creators only post the highlight reel (because, duh, it's fun and exciting), but it's also important to remember that no one is perfect and everyone has bad days. Yes, highlight reels are always fun to see, but they definitely aren't real life. I've gotten better at opening myself up and showing more of the raw moments. I always thought people weren't interested in seeing that.

My friend is launching an activewear line in the UK and has had her manufacturers fall through twice already but has finally found a third place so whilst I don't understand any of it, I can sympathise with how hard it must be! Gardein is the best! Been eating it for 4 years.. Try the chipotle crispy chicken fingers in a tortilla wrap ,the ground beef crumbles in tacos or stirred into pasta with melted violife or chao cheese slices as sauce! yum ;p
