Death's Game (Korean: 이재, 곧 죽습니다) is a South Korean fantasy reincarnation web series written and directed by Ha Byung-hoon [ko], and starring Seo In-guk and Park So-dam. Based on a webtoon of the same name by Lee Won-sik and Ggulchan which was serialized on Naver in 2019, it depicts the story of a person, who in the midst of frustration, begins a new life with death. It is an original drama of TVING and is available for streaming on its platform, and on Amazon Prime Video in selected regions except South Korea and China.

I cried like a new born in this episode, honestly we take for granted our moms(and dads) they do everything for us but we never see it or appreciate it , let's all say to our parents that we love them and are thankful to everything they did for us

Idk if this is morbid, but I feel like this is the perfect show to watch if you are suicidal already. It’d make me change my mind I think.
As someone who's been there a few times, I actually felt uncomfortable with the premise. The show was very entertaining, don't get me wrong, and I guess I understand what it was trying to convey (we must be grateful for what we have in life ). But suicidal people are not ungrateful people. They're damaged people. Deeply hurt, deeply suffering, and deeply hopeless people. It feels a bit patronizing and dismissive to just say "oh everyone suffers, you've got your mom and gf, get over it". They kill themselves BECAUSE they can't get over it, despite whatever they've got. Anyway, I do like the idea of this topic being addressed in kdramas though. That is a step forward to more, much needed discussions on the subject in their society.
@@gianellab.4953 I like seeing it from your perspective cause I too have been there a few times myself, and looking back I would have liked a show that made me look at things this way- but not sure if I would have been in the head space to listen to it.

So I read the webtoon in between watching the drama and I absolutely loved it. You can feel the pain of each life of the person he lived as. I also appreciate that the ending the webtoon is the same as the drama. So I’m glad they didn’t change it. ::)

If you liked this lead actor there is one kdrama with him and the lead actress from Strong Girl Bong Soon. It is called Doom At Your Service. It’s actually pretty good, it has comedy, emotional moments and entertaining 💗💗 he is really good there, I really like his character. Also Cafe Minamdang, he is so funny there lol

@@YaBoyRockLeeI thought all the images were gonna turn you off. 😂 Believe me I was the same way but the overall love for the show forced me to give it a chance and it became a top 5 of 2023 for me and 2023 had a lot of Kdramas I loved.

If he didn't jump off the ledge, he wouldn't have ended up in the body of the guy who jumped in front of the car which is when everything started. So would that reset everything? But then, if it did reset everything why would he be standing on the ledge then? Therein lies the time paradox.
He jumped from the ledge seven years after that incident. He wouldn't undo that scene. He just went back to the time when he was about to jump.

My only question is if all the other things actually happened. Did the killer get caught? TaeU, was he caught? Did his girl die? Did the cop keep living the way he did? Etc etc.
I always thought that Death's timeline is a manipulated one which is made only for Yi Jae seeing how it's connected to him and how it jumps back and forth of time.

It's his stupid pride and high standards that drove him to off himself at the end of the day , so his life went down, fine , the first thing you do is pick whatever is left from yourself and go seek help from the one person you know will help you unconditionally, you accept you failed ,stop expectating life to give you exactly what you want cause it usually doesn't, start seeing what it already gave you and you didn't notice, lower your goddamn pride , and go ASK FOR HELP from that one person in your life , life was and will always be too hard for one person, one life is always supposed to be lived by two , three , four or more , one life is NEVER meant for one person to handle so it can NEVER be their own to do whatever they want with it , so yeah SUICIDE IS A SIN cause your life is never just your own
Not everyone have the help and support they need in their life, so no, not everybody has the same situation u wouldn't understand by saying those things unless you're going through the same thing they're going through
@@wiss99apart from children and maybe teenagers, if you lived on this earth more then twenty something years , an almost typical life like his ,you are bound to have at least one person in your life ,it's not just given to you , it's a basic human need , so you are bound to seek it and secure it as you grow up ,that person doesn't need to be the ideal support syst and shower you with love and affection but as long as they exist , as for the help , you ASK for it ,that's my whole point, no one gives it to you ,usually poeple aren't gonna drop their lifes and offer to save you , you ask for it and then you give it in return, that's how poeple connect , that's how relationships are formed ,so sorry if I hit a nerve saying this but if you are telling me that a person can live decades and still be isolated from every form of human support, (aside from extreme cases , like extreme ages , illnesses , wartime Where every one is gone in a blink ..etc ,) this person better look back on their life to see why the hell does no one wanna stick around them , cause as long the social homosapien we all are ,you can't just be totally and utterly alone without a REASON, and that reason could be you , as for suicidal tendencies, thoughts, behaviors, we've all been their , done that , regardless of how we arrived there , at least I have , most poeple living right now have , and that's the whole issue and point of this show , we think suicide way to easily and readily then our ancestors ever did , it's getting really BAD and should be addressed

Both are on the Patreon schedule. TW was one of my favorites of 2023. However om on episode 4 of Marry My Husband and it still hasn't intrigued me. Does it get better soon?
