But after being really, really excited for you to cover this song, and having my expectations blasted away again, I would post all of the nice comments I have in me to boost your ego at least a little bit. I have an odd theory ( that doesn't have alot of evidence): that the girl that una hates so much is hersef and that in the beginning she was unique and VERY pridful about her uniqueness and hated those types of girls that pretends to be something their not, but those said girls got attention and she thought it was unfair and nobody likes her despite her being real.but she refused to be like them and swore she would have more attention and love than them.But she is self entitled and egotistical so nobody real paid attention to her. Which got her to be more insecure and slowy she became more and more desperate for attention and love. So she started doing those things that she thought was shallow and stupid, and got attention. So she gave up her uniqueness since she taught this was the only way to be loved, till she was the girl that she was describing in the beginning popular but fake. And then she finally realized what she became but it was too late she had finally had what she wanted, to be love and have all the attention on her however she was no longer the unique girl she was ( albeit egotistical) and in a sense she is truly alone, since her desire to obtain praise and love caused her to give up the very thing that made her her sure her personality was rude and she had an ego of skyscrapers but still at least true to herself, and deep down she is disgusted of what she became and that she can no longer recognize her anymore face. I am probably wrong and there are also other theories that make so much more sense than this and there is not that much evidence ( most of it is at the end)and it's a stretch and I kinda just thought about while listening to the song and built on it but you still read so whatever.

Let me say now, I love love love your lyrics and your voice. You seem to cover a lot of the songs I've recently been obsessed with. That said, I actually write translyrics too, in my free time. I'm not super good, but I've got a few that I'm personally proud of. Including this song, haha. And like... how do you get so good at writing lyrics?!?! Because I really was fairly proud of my lyrics for this, but now I'm like, 'well damn, mine are nothing compared to this! Woah!' It just absolutely baffles me, how people like you, or Juby, or Umber, can write these amazing lyrics! And they just fit so well!
