@@oceancat0450 C had been posting on the app (a lot of musicians are being told to nowadays because of the younger market and the viral hits from the app). So they was making some silly videos and jokes, and generally engaging the way most tik tokers do. So… naturally… they started talking about politics as well. And although I don’t agree with C’s politics, the app evicerated them. The line “I have a proposition for the communists” from one of C’s videos became a meme (as well as their lisp which I think is pretty messed up for such a woke crowd). So they stopped talking about politcs and just posted music- basically explaining that social media is *really* tiring for someone like them. I honestly didn’t expect more non-music contents

I agree, she would react excitedly about an answer nodding and agreeing before letting Grimes actually answer it. It didn't seem genuine. Grimes would notice but was sweet about it and brushed it off a few times. Also, comparing streaming to being almost the same as making music videos; in my opinion was very invalidating to Grimes as a true artist. I didn't like her, nothing about her felt genuine.
