Lobsang’s,for common cold,me n my kids didnot take cold medicine for 3 yrs now.I cure with hot steam n spice drink.Its better not to take medicine as I never take medicine I just took ginger that time.When u have cold,u should immediately stop taking all fridge drinks like yogurt especially n no milk till u get over with cold
