Really solid plan will get back to fitness in no time. The training platform looks really good and having that integration with garmin workouts and ease to change the session and see your whole plan is something i havent seen before so would you ever consider releasing a vanilla option without the training included that people can use to complete own training plans ??

@@FordyRuns k, but how do you know its actually an easy run? In my opinion you need HR for that. Pace is good for target sessions, but HR is not the same every day.

Looks like a great platform. Unfortunately, I'm out injured, so I won't be doing any structured training for a while.

Hi, why u use pace for your easy runs? The HR looks way to high for easy.
Ignore the HR as I’m not using a strap
