My brother it is a different case, the ppl of abia state have suffered for 24yrs...no good roads, aba looking very dirty.. because the previous govt refuse to do their duties.. but fortunately H.E Alex otti was elected by the ppl of abia state, it's not even up to a year work has commenced...but Lagos is a commercial city and alot are really happening..i don't need to tell you wat happens in Lagos you already kno that all isn't well.. so my brother put tribalism aside and let's face the facts.
