I think Timothée was frustrated that she was so focused on him. The whole press day, the media was almost completely ignoring Taylor and he was trying to get them to ask her questions since she's the lead. But they kept doing it anyway. So, I think the media/interviewers are at fault here not Timothée.
People gone so crazy about the comeback of Luca-Timmy duo that Tyler became the sidekick here. All the attention was towards Timmy and Luca. I forgot that she's the lead in Bones and all not Timmy lmao. That's sad
I just know timmys struggling to comprehend the questions without being rude😭
He looked annoyed because the interviewer practically ignored Taylor and looked at him when asking the questions
the comments are so dramatic. timmy was not rude AT ALL. he just didn't have answers for the questions. maybe get a better interviewer next time
I know it sucks when you see someone in a bad mood, tired mood, whatever, but that's all it is. Everyone is picking apart everything and it's hilarious. The interviewer was also looking straight at Timothee to answer, when maybe he didn't want to or was tired or whatever. I am a very nice person but I can see myself being in his shoes and being exhausted and trying not to make eye contact cause I just don't want to answer a question especially one so deep that will be recorded forever. everyone... chill out lol

I thinks what's wrong about this interview is the way she approaches to them, she was always like "what do you think" and looking directly at Timothee. A person should feel free to talk when he wants to and you can see he didn't want to talk that much in this one, also because there are other two people in the room.
I agree. I think the thing that made it awkward above and beyond everything else was that she pointedly asked timothee and Taylor if they wanted to add anything else. It felt aggressive and manipulative. If they’d wanted to say something, then they would have. If they’re not saying anything, then move on to the next question. And if the interviewer isn’t getting the responses she’d hoped for from these heavy, loaded questions, then she should have also come prepared with lighter questions to ask in case she needed to shift the mood. The interviewer is responsible for this awkwardness imo.

Well I mean she’s kinda looking at Timothee first and foremost to answer every question. He seemed like he was put off by that. She could of tried to include Taylor more in the interview.
I watched most of the interviews for this movie and often only Tim was interviewed and Tay was completely ignored. I think he must be jaded or even boring and I think he tries to step aside a bit for Lucas and Taylor.
Timmy needs to get some sleep like yesterday.
Getting to Venice for three days is very tiring and they had all the hoopla on top of it,
it being the big film festival, fans, reporters, photographers, they must've been exhausted
In that perspective that was pretty good interview, all 3 minutes of it

@@rosa_stars349 idk based on his body language alone it seems like something else bothered him before the interview. i like timmy btw i just don’t think we should blame the interviewer. ive never seen him like that during an interview before
@@happybirthday6130 this is very clever. Body language always tells more than spoken words. The change in him comes at the last question as he looks to the interviewer struggling with her english. After that he is definitely thinking to st else and he clearly can't wait for the interview to end. Despite the mediocre interviewer the questions were ok and not off topic. This is by far THE ONLY ONE interview where Timmy is simply not Timmy. Nonetheless he is always great and generous with people, crew staff and fans. So... The mystery continues...
I think the questions are so hard to answer. It's like 'here's a statement, please discuss' kind of questions

Something is wrong here. It seems they are exhausted after press conference, last night dinner and other things. Timothe is always eager to reply and his answers are comprehensive, but not during this interview.

Americans are not as classic and cultured as you think
Far too deep questions for a 3 minutes interview. Luca is often (ALWAYS) annoyed by Italian press because of past experiences I think and he's "mean" enough to be ready and answer back, with a word and then leaves the room in silence building a wall between him and the others that has only a tiny litttle window. Even if he knows that italians can make interesting reasoning and ask really good questions, too... On the other hand the actors weren't prepare at all for these kind of questions from my pov, not the interviewer. The silence is due mostly to that. She wanted more than " Amazing, working with Luca is amazing. Venice, the food, the sun!" kind of answers. T.C. is usually ready for that but maybe he was just bored or whatever. Russell has been able to be more patient and to turn the conversation to an easier level. Luca was interested in what the actress thinks (----> because, actually, the questions WERE intelligent!). I thought exactly the same thing: it's an awkard interview. Yes, but why? What do you think? I really apologise for my English. I'm one of those people Luca disapproves the most: I'm Italian. ;) P.s. OOOOR, they were just tired yes. That's it.

El entrevistador tiene la tarea de dirigir de forma activa e inteligente una entrevista, pero aquí solo veo a una entrevistadora con preguntas cerradas, sin elocuencia e inexperiencia. Y lo peor, que aprovecha los malos comentarios hacia los entrevistados, para indirectamente mandarles hate, eso no es de un profesional!
Cualquiera que haya visto otras entrevistas de Timothée sabrá que es un chico super cálido. Pero aquí se ven a los 3 personas medio pérdidas con la entrevistadora, pero deciden culparlo a él. Que risa!

Honestly, her questions were good and related to the movie. I don't understand why Timothee especially and Luca wanted to ignore her. This is the first promo of the movie, you can't say they are bored of talking about it.

Competent interviewer asked some relevant questions.Timothee looks tired that’s all.Can’t see any annoyance or frustration on his face
It’s a shame those comments blaming the interviewer for the bad performance of the actor. She asked very meaningful questions related to the film. Please see all the other interviews by her, where all other actors and actresses could interact very well and offered us deep and thoughtful reflections and discussions about their films. They all performed very professionally and maturely, which could really attract me to watching their films.
she was literally only talking to timothée, it’s rude. taylor is the lead of the film.
@@donniedarko5641 but Timmy is the main attraction and the popular one here. So it's quite obvious that all the spotlights would be on him (unfairly) although Tyler is the lead actor here. This is actually what happens. So chill out.

It’s not his fault the interviewer wasn’t as skilled charismaticly and the questions were structured horribly
lol was she? he seems exhausted, not rude. her questions weren't very clear and when nobody had anything to say, she pushed them for answers. they were tired and drained. she should have had different, more digestable questions and made them more clear.
@@heatherbukowski2102 I'm disagree. If he is ''tired'' is not interviewers fault, even if he doesn't like the questions. He is working here, it's part of his job doing this interviews and show up a little respect for other peole that they are also doing their job. Don´t justify something that was wrong. I imagine taylor was also tired but she was more respectful.

Chalamet actually seems to be upset by the questions and absent from the interview; maybe he wanted to go shit...what a shame.
There is nothing that justifies indifference or disdain towards others, especially during a commitment. Also in those cases, a role can be played; you have to be professional.🤮
lol some of y'all are acting like he told the lady to go f herself or something. he's sitting there trying to figure out how to respond to some deep, confusing questions after a very long day. he even smiles at her and thanks her and engages with her. y'all are tripping.
