I totally understand that too. I work for Marriott and luckily my manager doesn't mind the colors but I want an office job and I know they won't allow it. It's sad that we are judged on that. So thank you for the inspiration! I noticed that I have not seen you do knotless braids yet. How do you feel about those?
You're welcome. A feel people have been requesting the knotless braids but I dont like them. I probably will be doing one soon just for you guys, but really, im not a fan.
Karrill DaDiva Yeah I feel the same way. I tried them once and it was not all it was cracked up to be, and it took double the time it would have taken me to do regular box braids. I won’t do them again, esp now that I’ve learned your technique and the knot is not even that big. I still experienced the buildup when I took them down, which was one thing I had heard didn’t happen with knotless braids and that’s why I tried them in the first place. 🤦🏾♀️ I am curious to know your reason for not liking them though?

😊😊Ladies...if you can't grip the root...use the rubber band method. I used the RB method one time and and now I can grip my hair. Try it. I promise u will then understand how to grip it. 😊😊😊😊 Great video Karrill😍😍😍
