Mam, in the last image , in left 3rd nerve palsy..... The tilt of false (green) image is given towards right side. It should be towards left side know mam..? Was the above diagram depicted wrongly . ? As in all the previous images, right tilt was towards right.
Superiors refer to the superior oblique & superior rectus - in both of then, the tilt is toward the sound side, in palsy due to involvement of either of the inferiors (inferior rectus or inferior oblique), the tilt is toward the ipsilateral (affected) side

Look at the upper end of the vertical line, and then you will appreciate the left tilt.
I could not understand superior, inferior tilt checks out 🤔.
