I ordered from them two times and the first time, there was a mistake since I got the wrong item. So I reached out to customer service and they replied quickly. They sent the correct item and it came very quick to the US.
To be safe I would definitely go with smaller orders from Firestar Toys. (Still need to get their Ahsoka and possibly Shak-ti heads one day bc I only saw one eBay listing for their ahsoka head once and was not able to get it at the time and besides that I have not seen people resell their printed heads)
I love FireStar Toys. I purchased their X-Wing pilot arms, Snowspeeder pilot arms, custom pilot heads (with visor prints), and custom X-Wing pilot helmets for specific characters that did not have an official Lego version. All the items I ordered came perfectly packaged and had no issues at all. Everything I purchased made my Rebel pilot minifig collection better for having custom printed arms and really cool helmets for characters that were lacking.
There custom mini figs really can’t be beat in my opinion. They look fantastic and I don’t have any complaints. They are on the pricey side but I do love there stuff
I really wish that there were more Custom stores based in the UK. I don’t think I could handle international shipping for such a small order. I wish the good stores weren’t all in the US.
I've made a number of orders from FST and have always had a pleasant experience. That said, a number of my orders have been missing pieces. They've always been really quick to apologise and send replacements ASAP, but I feel they should tighten their quality control to prevent this in the future. They're a really solid option for UK based buyers, but I do agree that US based buyers should just order directly from the original sellers (CAC, BA etc). The fully custom figures and pieces they make - not the figbarfs - do seem to be really high quality. Their Shaak Ti and Ahsoka heads are fantastic.

They gave me one free of charge and shipped it to me. An annoying thing though is a bought heir amazing Bokatan and like the next day or so the lego Bokatan was revealed 😁
I bought a custom minifigure from them a few months ago and I received the wrong figure to the one I paid for, I bought a Kate Bishop hawkeye minifigure and received a Clint Barton fig. instead of just sending the right one when I emailed them about it they wanted to avoide another customs charge so they wanted to send it with a new order which I was hesitant. I still buy from them as it was just a 1 off but come on, they screwed it up they need to fix it not worry about another customs charge 🤦🏼♂️
I live in the UK and have used firestar toys twice. I ordered some of the bigkidbrix gauntlets. 2 silver and 2 black. I ended up receiving 1 of each after 5 days after ordering. Most likely due to my location being in the same country. I reached out and they responded within 2 hours and said they'd ship out the missing pieces after I proved that I did indeed order 2 of each. 5 days after that I did recieve the missing parts. I only recommend using them for small hauls. And for me the cheapest shipping is £1.50 but for my friend in Texas it is £8. So depending on what you order shipping can be expensive
Questions: I want to buy a 2016 Grand Moff Tarkin and Firestar has it for around £25. 1: How long will it take to ship? 2: Is Firestar trustworthy with figures as expensive as Tarkin? 3: Since I live in the US, how expensive will the shipping from the UK be since everything on their site it in pounds. 4: I've never order on a site that uses Great British Pounds, does it convert to US dollars before my purchase?
Firestar can take anywhere between a few days, up to a week to ship out products. They seem to be better when it comes to figures, but I can guarantee anything. 25 pounds is about 30usd, plus shipping. So you're looking at about $40 total.

I only purchase Firestar made items. Like their own printed figures and arms everything else I avoid. Such a shame if your order is messed up you'll have a hard time resolving it.
I've had a REALLY good experience with firestar. Earlier this year I bought a bunch of printed 501st arms and CAC blasters. They fucked up my order and didnt deliver any of the CAC blasters. They instead had like 5 pairs of printed ahsoka arms and 4 shock trooper arms. I called and emailed them, they let me keep all the arms and delivered me my blasters in a week. I've spent £250 on them this year alone. The one bad thing is that they havent restocked on a bunch of CAC items I'm looking for yet
My experience: I ordered a few Star Wars pieces ( lightsaber hilts and stuff ) and they were £15 like why, I only bought a few items and it cost a lot and I’m saving up for Green goblin stuff like the custom one and it’s £29 like why it’s just a figure. But my positives are that, as you said they have LOADS of stuff and I can find my stuff really easy and they stay in your cart when you accidentally logged out so you don’t forget them
First time i ordered from firestar toys i was suppose to get a lego cmf winter soldier minifigure didn’t even get it and I bought the Batman arms I got two left arms. The customer service is great I had a lovely time talking to them and there sending my new ones soon
I recently ordered a Tobey Maguire Spiderman custom they released and was super excited. When it came the box had been opened and the figure was gone only the extra head was left. I reached out to them about it and they sent a replacement that came yesterday

Perfect for this video my Firestartoys order arrived yesterday. (I’m German so shipping time was ok) I got some printed arms and the rebel suit Iden Versio. I am really happy about them, but wouldn’t order stuff from them they don’t produce on their own. These are the only well priced items here. Only downside I had with the order is, I never received a tracking number.
Have u heard of the Lego price hike coming in September? Even the new sets that come out in August will get a price increase of 5%-25%. I have a feeling a lot of people r about to leave the Lego hobby
I‘ve made 11 orders in 2 years and everything went well, even bigger orders for £60+ with lots of printed arms. As a German who likes Arealight printed and unprinted gear (e.g. classic clone helmets,…) it is the best place to buy from. Arealight doesn‘t ship to Germany because of the German reseller, however the reseller sucks a$$.
Honestly when it comes to them reselling the value is mostly is in if you live in the uk but for being in the us I tend to get orders from them shockingly quick and though I do have critics of their website it is much better put together than CAC’s
Very cool video. Since you're an expert I would like to ask you which site you would recommend to buy custom sets and minifigures in Europe. I know a lot of people making awesome sets in USA but the expedition costs are too much
I hate all UV printing, so… if it’s not pad printed I don’t want it. Firestar seems to be all uv for their custom prints… otherwise I like their site and custom designs… it’s just a shame they aren’t high quality prints.
My last comment was getting too long… revised… I’m mixed on them… I like them to a point but my issues with them have been minor and revised so… I’ll stick with them until a major goof up occurs

Firestar is cool but shipping from uk to mexico is expensive and risky, my first 2 orders came perfectly fine but my 3rd got lost or stolen :(

Then you need to talk to your bank or maybe you didn't have enough money also you can still use Paypal if that happens
